Usually find plenty of merchandize and tools to fill everyone's stocking

I had a very great experience with this store in fixing a plumbing issue that had to be done because of a emergency!

This is the only store within 60 miles of me I will now drive farther and or pay more Rude employees and the take forever to check you out if you can’t use the self checkout

Went to pick up an online order. Was told to go to service desk. After 45 minutes and having to witness the service desk associate make over 4 calls trying to find me help I left for home, 40 miles away only to discover 2 out of the 3 bundles of shingles were the wrong color and the drip edge was the wrong size!

Unfortunately one of the products I was considering didn’t have pricing do to it being recently stocked. The staff in checkout was thoughtful enough to help me out and didn’t make me feel pressured to purchase even though I was in the checkout line.

Purchased the new Moen Magnetic shower head and we love it! The visit was nice as well. Store was clean and well stocked. Employees kind and helpful.

I was directed where I needed to be. Several employees were very helpful.

spent over hundred dollars but left with a smile. I was checked out by a super associate Tracy who saved me a trip out through the self-pay. She is now my Hero! and i left the store happy and Smiling.

I called in to verify that they had a pressure washer before I drove 100 miles, item was waiting for me when I got there. Excellent customer service! Thanks

We have traveled to home depot every weekend for the past month for building materials for our addition. Employees don't offer to help with loading and pulling from shelves to cart, no offer to help load truck, had to park far in the parking lot due to people using the up close parking spots to get one item and not save it for people who actually come to buy big amount of supplies. Due to where we live we don't have another option, otherwise we would not go to hays home depot.

I stopped in today to purchase something at the Hays Home Depot. I don’t always have the greatest experience there but today I met Krickett and Haley. They were both very helpful, very kind and very cheerful. I would highly recommend Krickett if you’re looking for fluorescent bulbs and Haley, if you’re wanting to check out at the customer service counter!

I interacted with 4 different staff members who were very friendly as they helped me locate things that I was looking for. Other staff members were courteous when walking past or passing with items. Andrew, in particular was very helpful in determining what I needed and made helpful suggestions as well. Very satisfied with my visit!

I visited the Hays Home Depot today looking for just the right color and quality in vinyl flooring for my great room. Angelica Garcaa did a fabulous job helping me find the perfect quality and color! I WILL GO BACK for other home project needs.

Sometimes you can walk around the store for hours and not a single person will ask you if you need help or if they can do anything for you, however Andrew and Shayla will Go above and beyond if they see you in their store, looking lost or not, and make you feel comfortable and have a warm smile and heart the entire time you’re in there. We really truly did appreciate them so much on our last HD run as I am 8 months preggo and had our 11 and 6 year old with us (bored to death) as we spent over 2 hours gathering all the supplies we needed, so I was hot and ready to get off my feet and the kids were driving us bonkers by this point and they got us in checked out in a giffy and helped us find what we needed in order to wrap it up and get on our way, they were so great to us and this pregnant momma couldn’t have been more thankful for them!!

By far the best cashier in the srore! Very helpful, very nice and a great smile. Great store and employees altogether!

Damaris is so helpful and friendly at the register, it brightens my day to see her smiling face when i go in the store

this is a review of my shopping experience in Hays Home Depot. I am a maintenance manager for the local hospital. I wanted to recognize two people that every time I am there, they go above and beyond. Troy Ecker/Pro-desk, and your cashier William. I have worked with Troy on specific needs in the past, and am beyond satisfied with what he brings to the table. thank you Rick Mihm

I travel Depot stores all over Kansas, Hays is by far the cleanest and most organized I've visited. Associates know what they're talking about, and are always ready to help look it up if they don't know something.
