I like this store because it is easy to find the things we need. The only negative feedback I would give is that it is difficult to find someone to assist you when you need it. The store does not always seem real clean, but it is an older store so that may make a difference.

I recently purchased a Samsung front loading washer and dryer. My sales girl was simply amazing. She was friendly and very helpful! Priced them out at other stores and HD was the best priced.

Very friendly & I love the staff. My 8 year old daughter said this is her favorite store!

I was able to buy the items I need and a lady assisted from the inquiry until I finalized the order, she was very helpful and appreciate this lady. I wish most of associate will be like. The store is clean but appreciate stocks are clear, it does not block the isle for costumers passage.

Employees we encountered were knowledgeable, efficient, patient and greeted us and worked with us with a big smile. Making a relatively large purchase, it is important to us to have someone help us who knows the product, its' specs, and can answer our questions, which the employee did. Thank you Garth!

Not a single employee greeted...attempted to assist me. I walked around for some 15-20 minutes trying to locate an isle that I believed would have what I was looking for. And finally, when I was "Assisted" (mind you, only because I asked him) by Howard, he was quite kirk, customer service lacking, and "rough around the edges". He did not seem interested in helping...as if I was a bother. I'm very dissatisfied.

I can always find what I am looking for as is organized - store is very clean

Great customer service and staff. Talked to the people in the appliance dept and lighting/ceiling fan dept all staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The cashiers Jessica & Chris were great! Store was clean.

Everytime I shop at this home depot the associates are always helpful and kind. Donna is always willing to assist me along with anyone else I come across!! Great job guys!!

The store manager chelsi is HORRIBLE !!! I would strongly reccomend going to another store. The only person I came accross at This store with any customer service skills was a gentleman named Gary.

I could always find materials I need at your store, with or without help from a Home Depot employee. the store is close to my residence

I looked in three other store before visiting the Henderson Home Depot store and you had what I needed when the other stores did not. Also, your employees were very helpful to point me in the right direction in obtaining the items I need to assembly a gazebo at my home. Thanks for always having what I need to finish handyman projects and having the best prices for hardware in Henderson, NV.
