The staff in the paint department is outstanding!!! Judith is especially cheerful and oh so knowledgeable. From now on I will be driving out of my way to shop in this store for all my paint needs. (it's a 60 mile round trip drive)

The store is a terrific resource and we are glad to have it. More employees may make things better . The employees that you have appear to be verifiably busy.

Rude cashier told me that I needed to move because she was in a hurry to get back to the front register. I was walking with my two year old son in the cart down the aisle. Women/cashier behind me says "excuse me" in a fashion where she needed to get my attention and I had thought my two year old dropped something on the floor. She then says "I need to get through, I'm in a hurry to get back up to the front register." I wasn't stopped, I wasn't blocking the aisle, I wasn't walking slowly. She (her name is Essence) then proceeded to walk past us going slower than we were going. Couldn't believe how rude she was, I was shocked.

Top notch customer service. Their employees help in every way they can and are attentive to their customer needs in a very pleasant, kind manner. We were assisted with all the items we needed to find. We would go back there time and time again!

This Home Depot is near my work in Henrietta. Like the Penfield store, everyone is friendly and helpful. I never have to find someone to help my needs. Great Store and Great People!!!

Service has declined at this store over the years, and it continues to decline. It's below average (Fair) at best. Occasional good service keeps me from rating it completely poor. I still like Home Depot and I would shop other stores, if they were closer to me. If you have a choice, pick a different location.

Ivis and the team were very helpful in helping me with the decision and purchase of several doors, door knobs and molding required for a home improvement project.

Basically, the store is clean and products are easily to be find. Employee are friendly but slow sometimes.

I went to home depot to see about chalk paint. Donna was awesome! Not only did she answer all my questions, but helped me research how to create & use my own homemade chalk paint. As well as sealing it as opposed to using wax which needs to be reapplied again & again over time. If you go into this Home Depot for paint & painting answers, go see Donna!!

I visited another HD store and found that they didn't have enough of the item I needed. The Henrietta store was well-stocked and I also found some decent clearance items there as well.

every time i walk thru this store it seems employees throughout the store greet me, very welcoming. many employees are trade professionals who are willing to share their expertise

This Home Depot location is where I almost exclusively shop for home improvement products and services. The service is good overall and the products I want are usually available. Sales personnel are knowledgeable about what I need and the projects that I am working on. Sales associates are usually friendly and helpful. Sometimes, it takes awhile to find the appropriate associate to help me with the products I need or the questions I have. My last visit to store was to look for organic potting soil for my aunt. Home Depot was the only store in the area that had an organic, odorless potting soil.

I went to get tie downs and I wasn't sure which ones to get. The Cashier Charlotte I think was a supervisor and was helping another young lady at self checkout. She tried calling someone to help me but as usual they didn't come. She took it upon herself to help be and got on her phone to get me more product information. She reassured me that for what I needed to do this would work. She also let me know that I could always return it if for some reason it didn't work. It was her department and she didn't give me an excuse like I don't know or let me see. She made it help business and got me information and showed me the app for Home Depot. She was knowledgeable and so friendly. Such a nice bubbly personality and great customer service. She had the other young ladies smiling and laughing. You guys need more people like her. Everyone usually looks like your bothering them when you need help. Get that girl a raise please!!

This store is my go to store. Folks here know their store and their products and where to find them. Not much wait time here. That's why shop here.

This store has very friendly and helpful employees. The pay on line pick up is fast! The returns are not complicated and employees polite. The floor employees are helpful and go out of their way! My favorite place for home improvements!

I could not find anything that would fit the project I was working on.. Then here at this store an employee asked if I needed help and showed me 3 other items and I finally found what I needed.. Problem solved at Home Depot !!! Thank You

I'm a local contractor in the Rochester area. I've been shopping at this store for 10 yrs. other than hvac and boiler equipment I don't go anywhere else. They always do the best they can and their knowledge is extensive in all departments

We frequent this store more than another store that is about the same distance away in the opposite direction of our home. Usually everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Store is conveniently located. Great for quick trips for items, especially if your in the middle of a project. Well organized departments and friendly staff.
