THIS HOLLYWOOD HOME DEPOT, GREAT SERVICE AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

I will never use this store again. My husband and I live in the Bahamas and came to this store for our home renovation items: tiles, appliances, doors, etc. We spent the entire day picking out our items and thousands of dollars. We were ASSURED that our items would be delivered on time to our freight forwarder. We came in the next day and our tiles(we purchased the entire stock) were still on display for others to buy. We went back to the lady who handled our shipment and she said that it was being packed up that day and to not worry. Two weeks passed and our items weren’t delivered on the promised day. We are now back in the Bahamas so it is impossible to physically go into the store and follow up on our items. Calling the store is a nightmare. I waited many hours to get in touch with anyone. I was promised calls back and they never called back. When I went to follow up on the calls the employees had left for the day. Finally, after getting in touch with someone they told me that the store was collecting our items for shipment (a day late). I called back the next day and they said it will be delivered that day (2 days late). That evening only 1/2 of our order was delivered! I called back and they still can’t confirm the delivery AND they don’t have a manager to speak to! This has been a VERY frustrating process that could have been flawless. We came to Home Depot for the convienence which in turn hasn’t been so convient after all.

I particularly like to go to this home depot store, I always get assisted well. The employees are attentive and helpful. I usually find what I looking for plus it is always clean.

Store and personnel are always striving to be the best in spite of the massive construction on the road bordering their etern parking lot.

No sales representative in the department . Still in good condition some friendly people but cashier's are very friendly but no sales person in the department

I WAS APPROACHED IN THE PARKING LOT BY A BEGGER OFFERING TO "LOAD" MY ITEMS. I TOLD THE MAN NO SEVERAL TIMES AND HE CONTINUED TO INSIST IN AN AGGRESSIVE MANNER. HE INDICATED HE WANTED $1 DOLLAR. I HAD TO RASIE MY VOICE TO MAKE HIM STOP HARASSING ME. THE STORE MANAGER WAS UNAVAILABLE TO ADDRESS THE MATTER.

I have come across many employees from this particular Home Depot that have gone far and above their job duties and are extremely friendly and professional, Al from the paint department Mixed and matched with only a color swatch 15-year-old paint That came out perfectly, I was stunned When I reached home and touched up my walls and it matched perfectly. I was told the chances of that were unlikely Is the paint on my walls was 15 years old but Al from the paint department Is the ultimate perfectionist amongst many other employees at the store! I have been shopping here for 15 years. Joseph from the paint department is also a phenomenal employee and perfectionist, I don’t know where these employees get their amazing patience from They go far and above the call of duty

Hollywood Home Depot Store located at Pembroke Road is a great Store with great and a very dedicated employees. I would recommend anyone living in the area to go there so they can experience what, my wife and I, we have experienced. Great store with skilled and outstanding Employees!

Good selection on all the normal home products. Check between stores at other locations since prices slightly vary. That could mean a savings if buying in quantity.

Very efficient when it comes to finding any tools, items, and utilities, along with that most employees are always offering themselves to assist you.

We always visit this stores and the employees are so kind, polite and the same time so friendly, there is always employees in the floor helping other costumer, they are so professionals, in special Yolanda, Ramona and Sixta they are special and able to do your day wonderful, thanks The Home Depot at Hollywood Store

A couple of employees were very nice during this visit, which doesn't happen all the time here or at other big brand stores. It makes for a more pleasant shopping experience.
