Easy to Shop, store was clean, easily located items required on that particular day of shopping. Employees were helpful, courteous and professional. Overall pleasant experience for me.

I went to Home Depot to get a screen door and the helpful associate there knew what needed and the wonderful cashier gave helpful advice and showed me how to get a rebate and I saved $25 instantly. It was a very good day.

Pro desk was rude. was told that everyone was too busy to help me in any way.

Even though this store is small, I am easily able to find what I need. I have developed friendships with some of the employees.

Store management and employees are very polite and friendly they assist you and all your needs and are concerned of your issues and take the time to explain the different types Of productsAnd which one suits your needs I go to Home Depot for all my household needs

What are the odds of calling a store, being connected to a staff member who is knowledgeable about the specific product I am interested in and able to answer all of my questions (in a friendly and professional manner) AND be there to greet me as I entered the store 3 days later??? Brandy made it easy for me to purchase MY FIRST LAWN TRACTOR EVER! Brandy even walked me over to the cashier, Patty, who was equally courteous, friendly and professional. Another GREAT experience at my Houghton Lake Home Depot!

Excellent young man in the lumber department. Rick. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. So thankful he was there as he showed us all the new products would make our job much easier. Then Mark helped us load the trailer and was extremely friendly and helpful.

If I didn't know where item was someone would always knew.

I had a question an employee was there quick. And answered my question. They knew everything and knew the store. And if something was not in stock they were very helpful to find a replacement. Thank you.

The Home Depot store is just the right ticket for me to do business with, verses the other retail stores that I have visited, much better informed people to serve you. Plus the products that are quality.

The store was clean & everything was safely put where it belongs. The staff went the extra mile to find enough sale tile for my job & then advised me my auto would not be safe with all the weight of my order. They signed me up for a van which was in great condition & even warmed it up for me!

We recently bought a house originally built in the mid '70's and we have been remodeling it ourselves. People at this store have been very helpful helping us plan and making suggestions for kitchen cabinets, flooring, appliances, patio doors, garage doors and almost everything else around the home. Every time I go into the store someone friendly greets me with a smile and they are always ready to answer (no nonsense, knowledgeable answers) my questions and point me in the right direction, whether it be electrical, tools or woodworking.

Great store and of course great people that make your store one of the finest in the area. Always well stocked with the products that are popular and those that fit the area requirements!! Always clean, great helpful sales people and always has the products I need and then some!! I have been known to spend a couple hours just walking thru your store with no intentions on buying when I walked in and of course there are always items in the cart when I leave. The last time I bought a WHIRLPOOL washer and dryer set, and LED shop lights!!!!! Will be back in a few weeks again to see what I need!!!
