This is my nearest Home Depot. It is where I go for the products they carry. When I have needed help someone has always been around to answer my question or lead me to the product I seek. I have always been comfortable and secure shopping in this store. The cleanliness must be good because I have not had any concern that it was not.

Best Home Depot my wife and I ever went to. Larry sales associate was there to help every step. he really made our experience pleasant.

The howell store is a pleasure to shop at. The employees are always friendly and well informed of the products they sell.

I have been to many home depot stores in this area. This was by far the best customer service i have received. The sales associate was LARRY. We are moving into a new home and he made things so easy and less stressful for us. His knowledge and professionalism surpassed our expectations. He helped us get everything we need and made it very easy for us. He suggested things and offered educated opinions about things we could do. Thank you Larry for making one part of our moving process Stress free. Home depot is lucky to have you!

Great shopping experience

I went to this store to look for a new dryer and washer on Sunday, May 28th . Pam/Amy (the store manager who I can't remember her name exactly) was amazing. She came over and made us feel like family and completely catered to us and our needs. I was so taken back by the staff there as well. EVERYONE was sooooo nice and friendly. Every person that we met shook our hands and introduced themselves. Nicole, the saleswoman who completed the transaction for us was amazing and went WAY beyond expectations to make sure it was done right. They were so on-point at this store! They were so efficient and it is obvious they work as a true "team." The store encompassed that old-school customer service mentality that you just do not see anymore. They helped in every way possible to purchase a new dryer and washer that I needed so desperately at a price I could afford. Being a single mom with children, I can't explain how happy I am that a business made it happen for me. The whole experience was amazing. I will be shopping for any other needs I have there! Thanks ladies!

Great store with helpful employees in every department. I travel a little further to go to this store because of the level of service. I always have lots of questions about products and jobs and they are always helpful.

I frequent the Howell Home Depot because I can always find what I need and if I can't there is always someone there to help me out and to answer any questions regarding construction painting etc. the store is always in great shape . they always do a fantastic job in the seasonal section

This store is consistently well stocked and clean. The employees are helpful and pleasant. This is one of my favorite places to shop.

I ordered flooring and received excellent help from Larry, a sales representative. He took the time to review the order for accuracy of the flooring and pricing.

Howell Home Depot is worth the trip if you need any help finding item. Even if you are there to wander like my husband associates go out of way to smile and ask if you need help but it's more the feeling of store is so positive can't explain but great employees! I still think someone should invent a nut screw but your guy found the real piece to fix my handle and we had some fun doing it.

The reason I said I not likely to shop there was because I usually shop in the freehold n. j. store.... but they didn't have what I needed so they sent me to the Howell store.... which is bigger and better stocked...

friendly and helpful staff

Visited store today to purchase a new grill. Received help from Lee from seasonal, who made sure one was assembled, and helped load into my pickup truck and secure with straps. Lee from seasonal is a truly outstanding employee, who went above and beyond expectations.

I always shop at Home Depot. I will never go to Lowe's/Walmart etc. whenever I enter the store I am greeted, are usually can find what I need, if not some employee will help me The stores always immaculately clean and organized.

Better prices and product availability than Lowes.Customer assistance also superior

I just bought a home 2years ago and I would go to this Home Depot all the time I just went to purchase a new patio set first they had me and my family waiting for about 45mins before they came to help and get the set for us remind you I had a infant as well with me and when they finally came it was two mangers and one manger was told by a employee how patient we was and he said don't worry I'll take care of them which I thought was very nice get to register and my military discount yes I'm a Veteran didn't all come off cause I get I got one of the patio pieces that was on sale remind you I spend our $700 and only $24 came off so one of the mangers put in $50 more so it would be the whole $70 and change to come off since I was being patient so when I get home I had looked at my receipt and the $24 discount wasn't on there so I had to go back the same day to pick up the other two pieces cause I had not enuff room in my truck when I get to customer service the girl there understand what I was talking about that when he put in h The $50 discount the other $24 came off so she was fixing it and the other manger that was there but nowhere near the checkout part from my first visit comes over and I explain what happen and he tells the customer service that I already received my discount the $50 but what he didn't get was that it was asuppose to add up to $74 we go back and fourth and he says in a nasty way all you trying to do is DOUBLE DIP and walks away like are you serious from a manger well that was it I spend over $700 on a patio set made two trips and waited the first time for over 45mins and you talk to your customers like that never again...he should hire more employees so paying customers don't have to wait for help so long then be rude and nasty worse experanice ever

The Howell Home Depot location is by far the the best one around NJ that I visit on a regular basis. Store layout is ideal and user friendly. Employees are very helpful. The store is clean and organized. Always able to get in and out quickly with what I came for..

THE ENVIRONMENT WAS CLEAN AND WELCOMING THE STAFF WERE THERE WHEN YOU NEEDED THEM.

Store has just about everything staff is friendly and knowledgeable. One negative thing I have to say is I have been going there since it opened and never once was acknowledged for being a loyal customer not even a coupon and I have spent thousands in that store.

My favorite Home Depot store in the area. Clean store, helpful and friendly employees (particularly Walter M in Appliances). In less than 1 year I purchased 2 major appliances from here. I highly recommend this store to anyone who reads this.

Always recommend this store, and even look forward to shopping there. Store employees are always nearby and knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. The layout of the store is neat and " user friendly" easy to find merchandise and easy to get the goods to your vehicle. All prices are clearly marked, and there are great savings on sale specials. Store #0933 is a great help to my family and household, and I thank you for all your great service and help.
