Bought a dishwasher with delivery, install and taking the old dishwasher. When it was delivered, said they couldn’t install. Had to contact a plumber. I don’t have this resolved yet. Store said I was unable to return an appliance.

I have had the pleasure to work with Maria in flooring, she walked me through everything that I needed to get new carpet in the house. She made sure that I got all discounts that are offered at the moment, Super Pleasant employee great job Home Depot !!!!

We purchased carpet at Home Depot and both the sales woman and the man who came to measure were extremely helpful.

Seems like Home Depot has a real problem with their rebate program. Manager walked thru the steps on how to fill it out and assured us our purchase was valid for rebate. Email we got weeks later says it isn't eligible but we can call the number listed. When you call and jump thru all the prompts the last question is "do you want to talk to a customer service representative" (a live person) when you click yes it rings once and hangs up. Ran thru this process several times. Store says they cannot help with rebates. Gives you the rebates dept. Contact info. Same as above.

The Hudson store has amazing customer service! Every employee is friendly and efficient!

Bought a Makita drill. This is the first place I found it with various options that I like.

I like their selection of GE appliances. I only buy them here now.

I bought a lawn tractor this morning a Home Depot associate named Jenni went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed in a timely manner A+ work. I will be returning from my home remodel needs moving forward. Excellent experience.

The drive through line is a mess and you can't load and get around the person in front of you because they have tractors that shouldn't be there parked all wonky up the left side. Bring lunch if the guy in front of you is filling the entire back of his pickup with mulch bags. You will be there awhile. No employees to help load or direct traffic to keep people from parking at the front of the line to go pay and leaving the rest of us stuck.

Staff here is rude and unhelpful, I will drive to Woodbury from now on. It took me 3 hours to buy a powerwasher

Nov 12, 2021 we ordered a patio door and just finally had it installed a few days ago 4/29/23ordered a patio door, completely failed to pay attention to detail, rude and unprofessional install crew, excuse after excuse for the failed install attempts, not taking accountability for their actions. blaming other people for their problems. I have 25 windows in my home that were planned to be replaced, Home Depot installation services definitely dropped the ball on this one and they will not be gaining my business

Went in to purchase an appliance, the clerk (Jenna) was very helpful and nice with a smile to us. They did not have the appliance we were looking for on the sales floor, but Jenna brought all up on the computer for us to look at.

Bought paint because I've used Behr before and it's the best paint. I also ordered new carpet tiles, 9 x 36 and they look awesome!

We bought a range with the help of a team at the appliance center. They worked together with the initial order and very knowledgeable. They also got us an additional discount that we were unaware and also extended no interest financing (prior to a certain pay off date of course). We will definitely start there to shop before hitting a discount home improvement store.

I go to Home Depot a lot and have purchased appliances also. Everything from stain and paint to electrical to plumbing and insulation has been great service. Will continue through winter and well into next year.

I had excellent help from Jenn in the appliance department. She was really friendly and was easy to work with. I have been disappointed with the support though. I ended up with a floor model dryer because nobody was OP certified to get a new one out of the overhead. I also called to get the old appliance haul away set up only to find that they won't take my old dryer, since I brought the new one home myself due to emergency replacement, and the haul away of my washer will cost $40. The store itself was a cluttered mess, there were cardboard displays everywhere making the store look like it was in the middle if a remodel. We needed a power cord for the dryer and I had to dig through a pile of cords to find the one I needed. There was no bin or box to clearly define where each product went so they were mostly in a heap of plastic bags on the shelf. Home depot is lucky to have such awesome staff because the stores are a mess of impulse merchandising displays and garbage HDX products. It seemed obvious that there were not enough employees to help all of the customers in the store and they were racing around as fast as they could to help people. It was nice to see a sense of urgency for customer service but they need help.

This mower was easy to put together and very easy to use. It is light weight and I do not have to store gasoline in the garage. Easy for me to start right away.

Both Dereck and Ben in the tile department went above and beyond to help us.

Home Depot’s plant selection is better than the other store and healthier. I prefer Home Depot over the other store but my husband feels differently.

walked into the Hudson store to buy everything to build a gazebo. John in lumber needs to be commended for great help & friendly personality. I have a back injury & he loaded all of the lumber & told me when I check out that he would load my truck as well. What a great employee!

Took 2 hours to get an order ready and still had to go get it myself that was after going and finding an employee hiding in a corner typing on his iPhone and asking him for help! Pay the extra tax and drive across the river to MN for your lumber. They’re a much better run store
