Very clean all friendly employees very helpful and handy and in an abundance anytime you need help it's there. Purchased our microwave vent set and new fridge here as well. My new favorite place to shop for all home needs. Nice prices too.

Home Depot #2843 in Inver Grove Hts. MN has very knowledgeable employees and the items I required. Better the competition.

All the staff at Home Depot understand customer service and deliver every time. Shelly in the paint department is the best. I no longer use the local store, I am now a Home Depot guy.

I find the huge signs very helpful in finding the correct aisle to look for products, My experience with checkout was very pleasant.

Like most Home Depot stores, this store is well-stocked, the employees are consistently knowledgeable and friendly about both their departments as well as the other departments. What they don't know, the seek help from others instead of just passing me off as is often the case at the major regional competitor. I like to say that the Home Depot offers the variety and low costs of a big box store with the expertise and competence of a neighborhood hardware store. I am not being paid to say this. ;-)

All associates I have dealt with have been very friendly and so helpful. They made my carpet buying experience a breeze!

Every employee that I have had contact with has been friendly, courteous, and usually very knowledgeable. If the employee is in doubt, they will find the employee that I need to talk to for me. I like the arrangement of the contractor check out area. Even though I am not a contractor I often need to pick up items that are difficult to check out through narrow check out lanes. Also the store usually has the items that I am looking for so I don't need to make return trips.

Some employees have no idea what they are doing in some departments and others act like they so not want to be there let alone deal with customers

This is an awesome place to shop! People were friendly and helped me find everything I needed. A guy named Floyd helped me cut several boards I needed and even took the cart up front for me.

I had an unopened ceiling fan with no receipt and did not recall where I purchased from,so I decided to keep the unopenned fan in my trunk while I walk into HD and verify if the fan was from HD. I looked around and found the exact box fan,then I proceeded to my car to retrieve the fan.Once I grabbed the fan from my car I stopped at return dept. The african american person named Steven 6` tall 150lbs at returns dept said to me "can't help you because "supposedly" he saw me digging for fan and now I want credit. I said,"If you have doubt check your cameras" he again said I don't know man, I need to call someone. Someone showed up and this Steve person repeated the same remarks to his co-worker " he walked in with nothing,started digging for fans and now wants credit. I am now mad and said to him "Are you accusing me of stealing? He is like Ignoring me now. I said get me a manager. Manager showed up very polite, so I told her what I did and what her employee saying. I told the manager he is totally wrong, check your cameras and you soon will find out what my actions were. Manager asked me for my Credit Card for credit refund, I gave her my Platinum American express card and as soon as she swiped into the system,sure enough it did verify my fan transaction purchase from two days ago. This Steven guy somehow didn't see me coming in and going back out to get my fan from my trunk, so Instead, he assumed and made some comments referring to stealing. Thats why, NOT everything you see is actually facts. know the facts b4 you act. HD

The employees have always been friendly and helpful. I just wish the store was bigger so it would have more items in stock.

Richard was an employee who greeted me right at the door. Asked what I needed help for and even walked me to the product. He didn’t just say the aisle number. He even got it off the shelf for me!

The employees at this location far exceed my expectations! Yesterday Floyd helped me and cut wood for me and when I needed other items he took the time to walk me to each location rather than just telling me an aisle number, customer service! I always receive "top notch" service from each and every employee at this location.

Ameer went above and beyond to help me figure out an app on my phone that had a $50 savings. Thank you Ameer!!!!

This is not the largest home depot but it is well stocked and the staff associates are the most helpful of all the home improvement stores I have visited in the area. This store is 20 miles out of my way but it is my store of choice so I take a long list...☺

THE STORE WAS WELL STAFFED. IT WAS EASY TO GET AROUND AND FIND WHAT YOU NEEDED. THE STAFF IS WILLING TO ASSIST YOU WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS.

My husband and I arrived at this Inver Grove Heights Home Depot and we were very impressed with every employee we worked with. Every one was so helpful! The store is clean and well organized. We purchased some kitchen cabinets and had help from start to finish. I have shopped at other Home Depot’s in the past and this one exceeded them all. I would highly recommend this store.
