The floor clerks were very helpful, as were the clerks in the plant area. I appreciated how clean the store was, as well as appropriate staffing!

Everyone exceed my expectations and the garden department is the best in Iron Mountain.

I had the great time in the carpeting section with Kerry, Todd and Rich when are wonderful people, kind, experienced and knowledgeable. I know I'm going to love how this project is going to turn out.

This store has some excellent employees who have been with the store for years. Rana, Kevin, Kyle, Dave Reed in electrical, Robert in plumbing and appliances are a few of the good ones. That said, the staff really needs to be thinned out and their bad employees let go. There are many who are extremely rude and devoid of any social skill whatsoever. I've approached employees and been responded to with "WHAT???!!!" and "Huh??" So they haven't quite grasped the idea of speaking in complete sentences when speaking to customers. To which I usually respond "oh nothing, I'll find someone else to help me...." The standard response to this is "yeah ok." The staff spend a lot of time gossiping with each other about the other staff members. Unfortunately, I've had to overhear things about their latest divorce, their sex lives, their pets, their plans for after work, and why they hate working at Home Depot so much. What's uncanny, is they don't stop when approached by a customer, they continue, and make the client wait for them to finish their point. Perhaps a lesson in "when a customer speaks, we stop speaking because the customers' words are always more important than ours." Other than their staff, it's a great store, and I'm glad its here in town. It's a good resource for my business, and I'm there quite often. Several of the staff have been there for years and they are great, and I always try to work with them if they are available. I've been coming to this store since 3/1/2009. Could be a fantastic store if they took some people out of customer contact positions, or improved the quality of their workers.

Many products were prominently displayed at the entrance that you might otherwise not think to pickup. That saves you from running to other stores; kind of one stop shopping. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

over all the store is good I do not like self checkout and will not use them. I feel there is not enough manned checkouts , their people are great why not use them

I am in a wheelchair and I live with my 83 year old mother. We are always working on some kind of project and we shop for all of our materials at the Iron Mountain, Home Depot. The Associates are all very friendly and helpful! It is also easy to order on-line and pick up at the store within a very short period of time.

I had an excellent shopping trip this morning to our local Home Depot. The personnel were very helpful and friendly. A pleasure.

I just want you to know that I felt so at ease with John and all he did for me. He just walked me right through what I needed to do. He gave me his card. His name is John Tyler. He asked me if I would like to get a Home depot credit card but I pay cash for all my stuff and he was so polite about it when I told him that. He even carried my shelving out to my car for me.

I love this store. An associate by the name of Jeran was super helpful in helping me find a product, and then going outside into the frigid temperatures to get it for me! What sets Home Depot apart from their competition is the great customer service by all the associates in the store. Thank you for another wonderful experience!!

I have been very pleased with the staff at the Iron Mountain Home Depot. All whom I've interacted with have been very helpful and pleasant. I've been greeted with a cheerful smile and an offer to help. This makes me feel that I'm not just "another customer" but an important individual with specific needs that they are happy to help me resolve.

The people at this store have been very helpful to us more than once. We like the quality of the Home Depot products, but we really like the people at this particular store.

I have always found my needed item in stock at the Iron Mountain Home Depot store, and I was happy to find out recently that the clerks at the "Return" desks are also able to check out a purchase when the other check-outs are busy. So, no need to stand in long lines!

The employees at the Iron Mountain MI 49802 store are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in every area and they share their advice on how to do things easier and the products to use. Today my wife got a cut from a sharp bag of screws and she was bleeding allot. The cashier Carol not only got a bandage right away but was very concerned and before we left made sure my wife was OK.

Found the assistant in the lawn mower section to be very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable! Gave us some good tips and thorough instructions!

This store is a wonderful asset to our community, however the "dark store" issue is like a dark cloud hanging over the store. Everyone in our small community should pay their fair share to help support the community. Any store claiming "dark store" status is certainly not supporting our community, and is, in fact, a detriment to the running of this small community. Many residents have a very negative view of our Home Depot because of the crippling effect the "dark store" concept has on the tax base of our small county, and the services that these taxes support. These services support all, including the "dark stores!"
