it was a nice store-nice plants and lawn furniture bird baths too

Books at the pro desk were difficult for associate to find. after a few minutes I moved a catolog off a binder and that was the book he needed to order out of. Associates nice.

Everything was easy to find and I knew were I was going. An associate did assist me.

Staff all try to be friendly. Most are knowledgable. Store is always clean. Cashiers are always nice and friendly.

We received 2 phone calls to pick up fence. They said that they would have it at the front. When I went to pick it up. No one seemed to know where it was. I waited a half hour after making other purchases. I had to leave. I told them I would come back tomarrow. After I was home awhile I received a phone call that they had it at the cusomer service desk and she had been on break and had told another employee were it was and she didn't remember.

Bright clean store. Good help ordering my bifold mirror doors. Fast, friendly checkout. Glad to see diversity in your staff. Okay, now give me the five grand, I'm so worthy.

After looking at other stores for a unique brush I could use to clean the crevices of our new car, I found it at Home Depot! Will I ever learn NOT to look elsewhere?

Overall, always an excellent experience here in the Jacksonville, IL.

I have to tell you that Amy that works in the garden area is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and very fun. I often go out and check out in the garden area so I can chat with her for a few minutes. She really makes spending every single dollar I have very rewarding.

It is always a pleasurable trip. They have a great variety along with new items and ideas to choose from.

Lots to choose from in the garden and healthy looking plants and of course great customer service in the garden area too! Beautiful there!

I have enjoyed having a Home Depot in the Jacksonville community. There is so much to shop for there from flowers to appliances and there is always some one there to offer assistance.

This store has excellent customer service in the store and at the checkouts.

I had lots of fun in the paint department choosing colors for my home. The store associate gave some great advice to help.

I am really impressed with the knowledge of the store associates. They answered every question I had and gave me information that I didn't know I needed, but was very helpful!I really liked how willing each associated was to help.

This store is about 45 minutes from where we live, so don't go very often, but when we do, all the associates are very kind and very helpful. My most recent experience was with returning a rug I ordered online and Ashley D. went above & beyond to give me full credit and also a discount on a 2nd rug I'd received that had an oil stain on it but I still wanted to keeep it (but not for full price). Kudos to all there, we will be back!

It's always down the road when I need something in a hurry.

They have everything I needed to get started. The seeds, plants and potting soil.

i had a pretty good time. i found every thing i needed

everything went well. gave me help to truck decided to get potting soil and got good help and info.

sometimes when you go in the store you feel like there's nobody there,just the chasiers, when they call to get you help it takes for ever. then they sometimes can not help anyway.

i found every thing very easey to find and all the employees were very helpfull

the man that helped me was great. Made sure I had what I needed before I left. Wonderful!!!
