I was able to locate the exact merchandise I desired with the help of a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. The Jasper Home Depot is always need, well stocked and has very knowledgeable and friendly employees. It is a very easy store to navigate.

I just want to praise the staff. I am a senior and do a lot of DIY projects, the employees are always eager to help, explain and they really know the products

The store is a smaller format, footprint that stores located in Ellijay and Canton. Fewer items offered, fewer quantities. Great staff and friendly service, but much less selection.

I have shopped in this store at least once a week over the last year. (I'm renovating my home.) The store manager is friendly. I have been helped by several associates that are eager to share their knowledge. Shirley and Maxine in the paint department have helped me with ideas and suggestions. Rick in the plumbing department was extremely helpful and friendly. I would've given 5 stars, if I hadn't been treated like a shoplifter by a couple of other associates previously. Most of my visits are positive experiences, though. Thank you for the help!

Store was very clean and neatly organized. Employee approached me to see if there was anything they could help me with. I said yes, and she promptly found the item I needed. She took the large item to the check out for me and made a quick transaction. I was very happy with the service and will visit again!

My husband and I have shopped at this store for 11 years and have always found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. There have been occasions in the past where we could not find an assistant to help us, but mainly they are available.

This is the best Home Depot that I have ever been in. As I walked into the store, a young lady, said Welcome to Home Depot. I had help from a wonderful young man, in the Christmas Displays.

From wall to wall, including the stalls in the restroom,....the place stays clean. The employees are steady, local, and dedicated Americans who exhibited a great deal of pride in their duties. Jack, Ashley, Robert, Blaine, Jim, Robin, Mark, Kevin, and Whanita are all awesome.

Three of the employees at this store in Jasper GA, went above and beyond to help me and my husband with a large order. Will, Jake and the salesperson who helped us check out were all exceptional. What great customer service! Helpful, honest, friendly, and happy to help us from the minute we walked in the door, until we drove away. Amazing.
