I would like to tell you about your customer representative that was the most charming, knowledgeable and friendly person, that just made my day a lot brighter and happier. Her name was Anastacia, and I cannot tell you how she just makes your company a special place to shop in. She has to be recognized by her superiors as not only being well trained, but goes above and beyond the mark of just being the average salesperson we see in so many services each and every day. After reading this I hope you see why I will be shopping at the Home Depot store at 1694 W. Indiantown road. Captain Joseph L. Naselli USCG Active duty . Fantastic experience. In general Home Depot is a good store, but the quality of lots of your merchandize is going down hill (poor quality foreign junk).

Always get the best of service. Bought a new lawn mower batter. Not only did the sales associate took the time to take me directly to the lawn mower battery, then found the right battery for my lawn mower. Also, she told me that I can get a refund for the battery core deposit when I bring in my old battery. Which I did.

Debbie E. in customer service and Paul in the paint department went well out of their way to help us order a product that was out of stock. Paul helped us match paint to the stain we were using on our barn project. Every employee in your Jupiter location is always willing to help in any isle your in. Where in other stores they would run away from us when they knew we were searching for an item. Thank you

Always takes a long time to get assistance. Need to hire more people. Home Depot can afford to.

clerks helpful store clean pleasant visit

I had a horrible experience with customer service due to their computers not working properly. They promised that someone would complete the transaction the following day and contact me. It didn't happen. I had to return to store to resolve. Additionally, I had ordered a washing machine and when delivered found that the associate had ordered the wrong model. I returned to the store and the appliance manager took care of me. I had to schedule for a pick up of the 1st machine and delivery for the correct machine. I also had to re-purchase the correct machine for which the manager accommodated me with matching the price of the 1st unit (for which I am thankful) and am waiting for the credit of the first unit when they receive it back in the store. The manger was very accommodating and made me feel that he really wanted to make things right. I rate the store as average (need better communication between associates) and the appliance manager as excellent (made me feel valued, quickly and efficiently resolved my issue).

The store hours are perfect especially for weekend fixer uper warriors!

Service was extra great today! Super great sale on Paint over the labor day weekend with rebate! Great service in Paint department and gardening department this afternoon.

Unless you have “service connected” attached to your VA card, veterans don’t receive the everyday discount. Why should they right... They were lucky enough to serve and not get injured right!. I think it’s shameful that Home Depot wouldnt support ALL veterans. How do you justify supporting ONLY the disabled vets? Your competitor supports and appreciates ALL veterans. Other than that your staff is WONDERFUL and always helpful and knowledgeable!!

Great variety of outdoor plants to chose from!

We were able to get assistance in all phase of our shopping and the store was clean. We found things easily and stocked. We will shop at Jupiter Home Depot for all our home needs.

It's always been frustrating to shop this store and avoid it as much as I can.

Store employees are very often difficult to find for assistance. Some just are not too friendly.

Thanks to the help of the wonderful staff, I found everything I was looking for. I needed help in various departments and the staff member in each department was very friendly an helpful. The store was clean and the shelves were very well organized. Each of the 4 staff members I encountered really seem to enjoy working for the Home Depot
