Rude employees from the appliance department workers to the cashiers. I would not waste time shopping here. The worse customer service I have ever experienced. It began in the area of appliances when I asked for help getting a refrigerator up to the front and had to do it myself. I got it home and unpacked it and the unit was dented. I called to ask to have a new unit brought up front to facilitate the exchange, and they hung up on me because it was 10 minutes to close. I got back to the store at 8:58 and Claude refused to let me in. After insisting, he processed a return, but refused an exchange because it would have taken 2 extra minutes.

The store is always well stocked and extremely clean. The staff is as good as they come. The managers and staff are always willing to help. Nothing less than an A plus!

What a great place to get what you need for any project at home!

I like shopping at the Kenner store for several reasons being, location to where I live, well stocked with products/supplies and always can get the help and advice I need from friendly and knowledgeable sales associates for all my home projects/repairs!!

the front end cashier - Ingred - politely joked with me making the whole experience friendly!

I went for 2 specific products--Reflexit and duck tape. The employee I asked for the location of the Reflexit never heard of the product although it's advertised on the website and is an insulation product. He sent me to the insulation area where I found the product. The first employee I asked for the location of duck (not duct) tape, sent me to an aisle that had nothing to do with tape of any sort. The second employee sent me to plumbing, although he could have misunderstood the type of tape I was looking for. The 3rd employee looked for the product on his hand-held computer, found it and sent me to the paint area. I found the tape there. I walked around for 20 minutes during these searches, 15 minutes of which was clearly unnecessary. I have shopped at numerous Home Depots. This one was the worst of all because of the lack of knowledge of the employees. If they have access to hand-held computers to find items, the first 2 didn't even bother to try to find the items I was looking for.

I have gone to several Home Depot Stores, but this one has more than others. I really like the plant supplies and plants at this particular store.

The people at the kenner Home Depot in Louisiana is very helpful and customer friendly, the store is organized and clean..

The Inside Lawn and Garden Specifically the Lawn Mower Area Dept. Mgr. Dwayne Roberts and associate Hugh were very helpful and courteous.

I am a professional electrical engineer. This store has a large inventory of supplies and professional quality tools specific to my occupation. The folks that work in this department are skilled and understand commercial electrical supply requirements. I would like to see inventory improvement in broader stocking of store. Some extremely common supplies and materials that should be stocked must be special-ordered. I would also prefer a better grade of concrete conduit fittings for EMT tubing.

The store was clean, clek was very knowledgeable, very helpful and professional and I found everything I needed.

If you're in the Garden Center...seek out Ms. Veronica! She'll be able to assist you, as she is quite helpful and knowledgeable about her department. And, if she doesn't know something, she'll point you in the correct direction to get your answers! THANKS, Ms. Veronica, you're the BEST!!!

We found what we were looking for at the Home Depot store in Kenner. Sales associates were very helpful.

I find that this store always has what I want and the customer service is over and above compared to other stores.
