I shop at thr store all the time. Great service. Employees are friendly knowledgeable. Employees are always available .When you can't find what you are looking for they take you to the item. They always ask if you need help. We shop at this store often. I just can forgone Essential items this time. Prices are great. Store is clean as expected. Restroom is clean and fully equipped with the essentials. The store always have motorized carts for my husband and myself. We have shopped at this store for years. HOME DEPOT IS OUR FIRST CHOICE. Thank You

I came in to purchase an appliance package and the associates within that department really went out of their way to help me get the appliances I wanted and the best offered pricing.

I was in need of odd broom and dust pan combo and this location had a nice one at a good price. At the tile section a young associate listened to what i wanted to do and helped find the correct adhesive. Associates passing by in the plumbing section also helped find a product out of the many choices. i have felt safe shopping here even during the worst of the covid pandemic.

I generally find this store clean and well-stocked, with sufficient staffing to assist me if needed. The staff has been friendly and helpful each time I’ve been in there, which is important to me. I have found ordering online, with no contact pick up, easy to use as well.

The employees here are always wonderful and helpful. They know the store well enough to direct you, and understand the products to help you navigate products. If they’re out of something, they’ll find where it is in stock at another store.

We visit the store @ 2pm on a sunday. I just found it so welcoming how the person greeting us at the entrance was so friendly and nice. Really set up a good shopping experience since the start.

As usual i found the products i needed where i usually find them and there was a good amount of stock. i didn't need assistance this trip but there were smiling associates ready to help. This was a really busy Friday night but my trip was quick and the checkout was really fast.

One of the best home depots I have visited. The staff were friendly and available to help find what I needed and also knew what they were talking about in terms of the products. I even received a 10% discount on my spin mop because the box was a bit broken . Magda was my cashier and was extremely nice and very friendly. You know, its just really unique and a real pleasure to go into a store these days and the people there make you feel welcomed and safe. With the covid 19 situation happening, the home depot has made everything feel like it is taken care of and that people don't have to worry about getting sick. The assistant manager Joe was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Home depot should strive to have better management. I was completely disappointed at the way the situation was handled especially dealing with the Assistant store manager Joe who was no help out at all just point blank disrespectful! I seen him earlier helping out an African american couple then when I, A Latino male, approached him for help his attitude completely changed he was discouraged to help me, grumpy even. When I was later walking around the store doing some shopping I noticed him following me around from a distance i felt like I was being targeted so I left as soon as I noticed it.

5 Star Rating. The Plumbing Department is always well stocked and the Associates are the greatest. They are always there to answer questions about new products and assist you in finding all the things you need to complete your projects. Thank you also for social distancing. I felt safe there'

This location is not taking Covid-19 safety measures seriously. The guy making keys wore no mask. Other employees were walking around with no mask, or with their masks below their noses. It is not a safe environment.

I appreciate the attention employees have to help customers and today Jeremy did just that. I needed some help with loading my cart with some Hardi Backer sheets and before I could ask, Jeremy was already asking me if he could lend a hand. In times like this he could have just kept walking or turned into an isle but he chose to help. I truly appreciated that and hope he is recognized no matter how small the gesture may be to some.

I went to buy a few 5 gallon water bottles, the first time I bought water I left the empty bottles at the spot where the water is at, so when I paid the cashier asked where were the empty bottles after telling her that I left them with the rest of the empty ones she said "next time bring them so we can see the empty ones", I thought that was somewhat rude but that makes sense. So every time I bought a bottle of water I would leave the empty with the cashier, never was that a problem, but this time I was ordered to take them to the spot where all the empty bottles are at, I asked a different cashier and she said the same, this is humiliating if you don't trust your customers you should at least receive the empty bottles at the check out, or give some kind of coupon saying that the customer brought empty bottles. I have always been treated well at this store but this time you messed up.

My wife and I, both seniors 60 years of age, visited the 3500 N Kimball Avenue store in Chicago, as you can see below. We were excited for our first trip to Home Depot since the lockdown due to COVID-19. We specifically scheduled our visit between 7AM and 8AM this Sunday because the store had a large sign at the front entrance indicating that seniors hours were at that time. You can imagine our frustration when a flood of non-seniors came in during that time. No one was enforcing the senior hours, in fact, no one was even at the front doors enforcing the wearing of masks. If Home Depot doesn’t want to have senior hours, I certainly understand. What I don’t understand is Home Depot stating that they have senior hours and then not enforcing those hours. As the very friendly self-checkout worker indicated, “I’m so over trying to understand why they don’t enforce senior hours and mask wearing." I called the store and a gentleman named Joseph indicated that he was the manager in charge. As for my wife and me, we’re done with the Home Depot. Please let me know where I should send my cut up Home Depot card.
