All the associates are very efficient and friendly

The people in this store are always helpful and the store itself has a great selection. The hot dogs you can purchase as you exit the store are always good.

I participated in the "Enter to Win a chance for $5,000" and I must have clicked the wrong button on one of the questions, and couldn't go back to change it. I think it was one where it asks if I would return to the store. And by accident I hit "not return". However I love this location and its my "HOME" Home Depot... SOooo please disregard! Survey user ID was H86 115589 113615 I used to work in the hotel industry and I was always disappointed when we got low ratings when the customer actually loved the service. So I hope that this cancels my wrong answer! The store is well laid out ( and very clean) and the staff is always smiling at the door. Love this place

Everyone was very nice

The employees at this location are always willing to help. Items are always in stock. I have found that other Home Depot locations aren't the same.

I love the location and the large selection. The store is clean and I seem to always find the items that I come in for. It is very hard to find assistance let alone the people to ask. That is why, I always try to memorize the location of most items on my own. On many occasions, I've had to return items after getting them home and discovering that they are products that had been previously sold, returned, repackaged, but were damaged or had parts missing! I blame the workers at the return counter, who just take the returns and don't bother to look and see if the customer is returning everything that should be in the box. The item is then restocked and sold as is.

For the 10 years I have lived in Chicago, I have found this store to be the worst at providing customer service in the aisles. Either the employees are no where to be found or they are not engaging customers. I nearly walked out without my $100 lumber purchase because there was an employee in the distance looking on, but didn't try to help or get someone to help. My wandering the aisle up and down should have been a clear enough signal that I needed help. At no point during this visit did anyone other than the cashier greet me or ask me any questions. The cashier Yuridia was professional and efficient and pleasant.

Hugo and Mina were great today....... They solved a product problem I had with Ridgid tool co.for a week now ! In 15minutes I had product in hand and a smile on my face driving home ! I only give credit where credits do....... They both deserve it ! Tom Schmidt ASAP PLBG&SEWER Chgo.IL

Able to find what I was looking for and employees always helpful in explaining the use of equipment. Always found them to be patient and always with a smile.

I have been working on a kitchen improvement project in my condo over the last couple months. I have always received good help from this store and its employees.

This store is great! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They will recommend products to use and locate additional inventory if needed.

Ordered a special order door. I was told it would take 3-5 weeks to arrive, it took 6. Went to pick up the door and it took over an hour for them to grab it. Got home and unwrapped the "special" door, only to find that the panels on the door are larger on one side. Not good. My patient client who waited 6 weeks for this door also has a good eye and will notice this mess. Bad for them, bad for me, bad for Home Depot.

I stop by this store sometimes to get what I need, they have most things I need, from a light bulb to appliances. The associates are helpful once you get their attention. The checkout can be self checkout or with a person.

I needed to get rid of the long piece of wood that held up a valance I previously had hanging above my sliding glass door. My condo association would only get rid of the board if I cut it into 36” pieces. Since I am far from handy and had no tools tucked away in my small condo, I called Home Depot for advice. Jeff went above and beyond in helping me. The staff at this store have always welcomed my questions and been so helpful in answering them. The excellent service is what brings me back to this place again and again.

This is a very friendly, clean Home Depot. Usually you can find good help , and the prices are very fair. It's well-stocked and the parking lot is large. This is my regular store, and I recommend it.

Somewhat cluttered

Burt and Eli in the Pipes department are awesome!! They took the time and care to help cut my pipes to a certain length so they fit inside my car - I had two active twin toddlers with me so this helped me so much! I will definitely be back to purchase more items!

Tools and Rental department was a great help with solving my truck rental issues and getting me out the door quickly. All reps I worked with were very helpful.

THIS STORE HAS LARGE RATS AND IT'S VERY VERY DUSTY. THE PEOPLE ON THE OVERHEAD SPEAKER ARE RUDE AND DON'T SEEM TO HAVE PUT ANY THOUGHT INTO WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO SAY BEFORE MAKING ANNOUNCEMENTS! LATE IN THE EVENING THE PEOPLE WITH THE CARTS OF BOXES WILL RUN YOU OVER AND SAY NOTHING TO YOU. THE PRICES ARE NOT COMPETITIVE AT ALL!

While Home Depot is generally populated with less than competent or caring sales people, this one has a GEM. Michelle in Garden knows her stuff and more stuff. She is worth her weight in gold. She is literally a mine of information!!!!

I came in just before closing time with a piece of PVC pipe from a clogged drain. An employee in the plumbing department who was clearly stocking shelves and helping another client called out to me to tell me in which aisle I could find a replacement part. When he was finished with the client he sought me out to let me know which particular piece I should buy. It saved me time in that I didn't have to stare at the PVC pipes to try to figure out what I needed. I didn't even ask him for help, but his help was invaluable to me as I could go straight back home to fix my problem.

The employees were very helpful and the store was well stocked.
