Great service and they were very helpful. They were able to answer my questions and were friendly. I highly recommend them.

the employees are stellar. there aren't enough of them to run the store. a lot of stuff without prices. took a lot of time for employees to check prices on line.

All employees throughout store were proactive in providing shopping assistance in locating desired items as needed. I definitely prefer this store to others in my area.

The employee was ready and willing to assist us before going on his lunch break. He went beyond the call of duty to satisfy the customer.

This store was clean and the employees went beyond to answer my question and show me the products that I was interested in. Checkout was a breeze and they even helped carry my products to the truck for me. Great business, definitely will be going back.

The Home Depot is a fantastic store. I have enjoyed the visits to the Knightdale store and always have a pleasant experience. Wish is wasn't quite so far away from me as it is tough to get Milwaukee and Makita anywhere near where I live. George, my cashier is always pleasant as well and I enjoy conversing with him on my way out. Keep up the good work THD of Knightdale!

No, I would not recommend this particular store because of the customer service. I feel they need more training. Customer service takes people with customer service issue not regular customer when 3 lights are on for cashiers. You always acknowledge the next customer in line before you walk off. Telephone customers are not before customers standing in front of you. You find out what a customer has problems with before sending them away without proper understanding. You dont say home depot online has nothing to do with the store when both has the same name. Dont overlook a customer and not ring them up because they had to explained themselves in a tone you would understand it was urgent assistance needed. Online service was suppose to call to have my item ready but since they didn't now it's up to you.online was very helpful but didn't complete what they were suppose to. Anyway, I did recieve my product but not without some frustration. Knightdale store on March 12th between 4:00pm and 4:30pm. More traing please and Thank you.

Clean store with very friendly and helpful employees .

From the time I hit the front door I was greeted by an associate who then steered me in the right direction. Everywhere I went someone greeted me and asked how they could help me. This is a store with a cozy personalized feel. Love it!!!
