I love this Home Depot store, everyone is very pleasant and helpful.

I shop at the store a lot it is always organized and clean and all of the associates are very willing and able to assist you with what ever you need.

Seems as if when lumber is place on shelves that employees would clean up and discard lumber that is not any good so customers would not have to sort through hundreds of warp, broken or bad material that no one can use. Same with screen door that I purchased. There was one that I purchased out of three others that was not cracked or damaged in some way or another. Then when getting it home I had to dis-assemble and add screws to pet protection screen because the screws were not tight or not enough to keep metal screen from pushing into screen and ripping the screen.

This location is probably the best in our immediate area. There are several other stores but we always seem to get more assistance and ease of purchasing the product we are looking for.

This review is written after shopping here for a while. If you go in before 3, there are associates galore., If you go after 5, you are on your own, and it is hard to find someone to wait on you. If you go in when they business people are shopping, there is customer service; if you go in after, well it seems like a majority of the people are more interested in walking around and doing their job, and it would be easier if the customers were not there. The exceptions are some of the cashiers and the people helping you load your orders. Besides that, I have come across a few good associates, but besides that, it seems like they see a customer and run. Store is getting a Fair rating because the front end people do seem to care, therefore giving the store one redeeming quality.

better layout, more organizedand clean

Shopped here on Christmas Eve. Extremely professional group of people. Large amount of people on staff to handle the rush. Everyone asked me for assistance. Very clean store. I got in and out in no time. Lines were not long. Additional Employees helped out when there were snags. Loading dock crew was very helpful fast and efficient. This store was definitely ready for the holidays.

Don't ever use Home Depot for carpet installation! The installers did everything they could to avoid installing carpet including saying there was no space to put the furniture which was completely false!

This store has the most helpful and courteous sales staff. I only had to purchase two things but I got service from two floor employees and a very helpful cashier. The old rumor that Home Depot has the stock and Lowe's has the cordial employees does not apply here.

I had quite a list of items for my Florida home and the employees knew where items were and suggestions for items that I might also want. The choice of the items I wanted was plentiful and gave me ideas I liked but had not thought of.

The customer service desk people were friendly and helpful with my return.

The store is just fine. Parking is really my issue. It just seems there shold be more parking in the contractors area for homeowners. I'm sure homeowners are the ones that keep your lights on.

Clean well stocked store with helpful employees.

My husband thinks I am nuts but I love this store. I probably spend more time browsing around the isles than he does. I can always find something I just have to have. sometimes it is just what I need to make life easier or something I thought I would never be able to locate. I can always find what I need or discover someothing new to help me. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and the store is always clean and well stocked with merchandise. Everone I meet there is so friendly and helpful Whats not to like?

The Largo store is ALWAYS well stocked, clean, and helpful employees.

I normally check out at the registers closest to the Pro desk. One particular cahier, Theresa is always very friendly and extremely helpful. It appears that she goes over and above the norm to help her customers. She is to be commended.

The man in paint was above and beyond the call of service. Rating 10 out of 10.

I've been living in Florida for 7 years and I can honestly say that we have had a very good experience in dealing with the Largo, Fl Home Depot.

I'm not a "handyman" type of person so when I came to the store, the Home Depot Rep - Jason explained the process thoroughly far beyond my expectations and I was actually able to understand it.
