Great service at this store

We are always running to Home Depot for this gadget or that tool or another part for some project we are doing. We have not had a bad experience at all. The store has been kept clean and employees are very conscious about safety for themselves and for the public. If an employee is not able to help us they find someone who can. Sometimes it is fun to go and just look around to get ideas for other projects that may come along. It is one of my favorite stores.

This Home Depot is amazing. The staff are super nice, friendly, and knowledgable. I found everything I needed quickly!

I have been using this store for more than 20 years it seems. There have been many changes but the leadership seems to have managed them well. The staff are very helpful and enjoyable to interact with each time I go in. I am able to quickly find what I am looking for and it is great quality. I always feel like the store is clean. I look forward to my trips to the HD!

I purchased a ride on 54" lawn mower and asked that it be held for pickup for two days so I could arrange for a trailer to pick it up. Customer service told me it would be held. When I returned to pick up the lawn mower, it had been resold and picked up by someone else. If you want to protect your purchase, arrange to pick up the items you purchase from this store at the time of purchase or you may not get it. A store manager worked with me and made a substitution for a 42" lawn mower of lesser value for which we came to an agreement and I picked this item up on the spot. The smaller 42" lawn mower cost more than the 54" I had purchased.

Love the layout of the Lindon Home Depot. Easy to find items and easy to get directions. Love the Store Greeter.

I have never met a rude or unhelpful employee at this store and when I go in there I generally know where to look but any store employee always helps me if I get lost. In fact my neighbor is a Tiler and he calls it Disneyland. I would rather go to Home Depot than the Mall. Great job, great Store.

The store is always well organized and clean. They have the best Makita power tool selection in stock. Staff are spread thin and sometimes hard to find to ask questions. When you do find them they either help you or find the person who can.

I was having a rough day because things weren’t working well on my project and I forgot an item and had to return to Home Depot to spend some more money. I was feeling a little off, but I was greeted at the checkout by Brie in the Lindon UT location and she was happy and helpful and changed my bad day into one where I felt motivated enough to write a review. Keep hiring people like Brie! And thanks for having the tools I needed to finish my project!

This location has great employees. Kora was our cashier and was so patient with us as we were juggling three kids. And we have always had good experiences with employees helping us locate things and offering help.

I was at this store the day they opened, and still come here over other stores a few miles closer because I know the store and enjoy talking with sales staff that I have known a long time. Good service. Very helpful. My only complaint is having dogs running loose inside the store. This may be helpful to bring in the small contractors, but very aggravating to someone that is not a dog fan. some run loose and come too close for my personal comfort.

I have had very good experiences at the Lindon Home Depot. Most of the time the employes know what they are talking about. I have bought some things they told me would work and I had to return them because they didn't. It is really easy to get a refund when things don't work. Sometimes it is my fault because I didn't have the right information. Most of the time they are very helpful and usually have what I need. They are very friendly.

My wife and I frequently shop at The Home Depot and have appreciated their customer service as well as willingness to help problem solve with us on a variety of projects.

The nickname is a great way to identify yourselves. Thanks. We love our Home Depot. It's nice and close and always has somebody to help find things- like your garden shop, they are helpful there too. And I sometimes have to order things that are oddities, and they call us when they arrive- which is usually really fast. Your workers are great. My wife has to use a power chair- thank you for them also. We're at least a "once a week shopper", so your employees are starting to call us by our first names.We live so close, your store is a 'neighborhood' store for us and our neighbors. Your store is always clean and orderly so I can find stuff easily. We like the way this store is laid out, it makes it easier to find things- by the way your 'on line' shopping guide is really a helpful & time saver sometimes.

I always come to this location because the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I know if I come to this location, I will be able to quickly get in and get out with what I need because the staff is always available and willing to help. Today Brennan, my cashier was especially happy and literally greeted every person that walked by him. This is my favorite home depot and I've shopped at a lot of Home Depot stores.
