Wait time to check out in garden center was unacceptable. Lack of leadership with situational awareness to address the issue of adding cashiers. On top of that, the staff blocked the exit for customers so they could load a truck! So, the customer waits to exit the building due to their lack of judgment?!?! Everything rises and falls on leadership. Lead and guide your staff Store 6848!!

The LoveJOY store#6848 is an excellent HOME Depot store. The associates are not only very friendly, they are also attentive and very knowledgeable about products and services. Most of the time we are left to "figure things out for ourselves" and "hope for the best!" But the associates here were more than willing and able to assist us with all of our needs! Thank you for your help~

Do not attempt to return anything you bought from this store without a receipt or if it does not show up on your credit card. Service is NOT helpful at all. First time I’ve experienced anything like this. I would have thought that they would have at least given me store credit. Absolutely ridiculous

I all ways buy my Dewalt tools from The Home Depot in Lovejoy, Ga. They all ways have the best display.

No greeting, no goodbye, customer service inefficient and not very nice. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for. Fortunately, the Home Depot app got me steered the right way.

Customer service is top notch. Rochelle went out of her way to help us and it made the experience that much more enjoyable and relaxing. Will recommend this store and this employee to everyone. Will come back just for her.

The products you desire are at this location but not all employees are well versed in all areas of the store.

The product was easily to find and my assistance was very helpful. The store was very clean and sanitized. The associates was very friendly and helpful at this location and would recommend my friends and family to shop at this location.

Good local store. Never really over crowded. The lines are typically short making checkout quicker. If its available online Im typically able to local everything I need with great customer service & assistance here. Cons: Availability is sometimes an issue so Check qty online before you come. What you find at one store isn't always in stock here.

Great store with probably most anything you need from a Home Depot. Overall, you'll get smiles and helpful attitudes. I believe to receive a smile and sincere offer of help, GIVE smiles and respect to those who work in this store or ANYWHERE else! We're all human beings & may not always remember to smile at others and/or greet them kindly. The man who assisted us in this store with purchase of shower stall components went above and beyond! we believe his name is Mr. Danny, from the windows section. When we needed help with looking at shower stalls, components, etc., he helped us tremendously .... all the way to loading our huge load onto our truck - even tho he was headed to lunch outside the store when he saw us waiting for help with loading our purchases (he helped us buy) onto our truck!! We had traveled more than an hour one way and his attitude, kindness, and sincere advice and good help made a rather tough task following weeks of looking for a certain item turn into a really good experience! We appreciate him and all he did for us!! The cashier was also a sweet young woman. We recommend this Home Depot!

HD in Lovejoy, GA is an excellent place to shop. The employees are friendly, easy to find and very knowledgeable in their areas. If you have a question they can't answer, they find someone who can!

MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT THE LOVEJOY STORE TODAY WAS GREAT! THE YOUNG MEN WHO HELPED ME IN GARDEN AND LUMBER WERE HARD AT WORK BUT TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED. THE YOUNG MAN IN THE PARKING LOT FOLLOWED ME ALL THE WAY TO MY VEHICLE AND HELPED TO UNLOAD ALL THE HEAVY CONTENTS INTO MY VEHICLE WITH A SMILE. AND THE LADY AT CHECK OUT WAS SO PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. GREAT JOB LOVEJOY!!
