Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though they were getting ready to close.

bought washer/dryer and had great selection and super knowledgeable employee. units delivered in timely schedule.

We have used this store very frequently over the past month due to a home remodel we are doing. We have spent hours there and required quite a bit of assistance. In the beginning we had luck but most recently the service has been substandard. Yesterday was the worst from general assistance to check out and being over charged by 3000$. I found the mistake that she didn’t even think twice about. She seemed as if she wanted us out of the store as fast as possible. It’s too bad this happened because usually the service is decent.

This store is fantastic, it's very clean and always has what i'm looking for in stock. Every corner you can find help if needed and they give honest opinions on materials and tools. I love this store because they welcome my puppy with open arms from the moment I walk in and even sometimes take her for walks while I browse what I'm looking for.

I am constantly impressed with your store personnel and the product selection and tenderness of this store!

obviously store management has no idea what is going on the sales floor. NO customer service, no acknowledgment of customers in the aisles and long waits at the registers. only 1 register open on a sat. afternoon ( besides the self check out ). and instead of the cashier saying Thank You she replies NO PROBLEM.

This store is convenient, clean and friendly!

Love shopping at The Home Depot. Can find everything I need online and it tells me exactly where to find the items. Very convenient. Very important to support local business as much as possible, and this store is always clean and the employees friendly. Quality products at a reasonable price.

Of all the Home Depot stores I have been in thru out the country, this store stands out from all the others by their friendliness and commitment to customer service. The aisles are stocked fully and the associates offer assistance without you having to ask! A top knotch store among the others!

Remodeling my bathroom. Yvonne in countertops was very patient and very helpful. Jamie in flooring was the best. Above and beyond customer service. If it wasn't for these two people. I would have gone somewhere else. I am extremely picky. But of course very nice. To this date. Job is not complete waiting for flooring.

The Machesney Park Home Depot is clean and usually always has what I need at a competitive price. The employees are also very helpful. I would shop there again.

It's refreshing to encounter knowledgeable clerks, who have good customer service skills. The paint depart showed my husband what was needed rather than sending him to find it on his own.

Great help from employees Adam T. and Ann Marie. They made my purchase experience productive and pleasant.
