Great store, well organized with a super clean bathroom.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE AS PER STORE AND SHOPPING CONCERN.

This visit was to purchase bi-fold door hardware, and I was in a hurry. It had to be in the hardware section since I had checked on it a few days earlier on the H.D. website. And there were the items that I needed, just like that, easy to spot and clearly marked. So I took my purchase t5o the checkout and Annie the cashier had a big smile and a friendly greeting and I was checked out in less than a minute. Just what I needed after a busy few hours working on a number of projects.

There is a competitors store nearby. Sometimes they have better prices than Home Depot. Sometimes Home Depot has better pricing. However there is no comparison in in the knowledge level of staff. I always go to Home Depot because I know I can get the help I need. In addition, if I know what I need but can’t find it, I ask and am walked to the location rather than told an aisle number. As a result, I waste less time searching. I would not have said this about Home Depot ten years ago, but they have really stepped up in recent years and hired helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Home depot is the "Find it All Place" to shop for those special carpentry and construction jobs for "Do It Yourselfers" I love this place.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, and there were enough employees working!

Extremely rude staff, tried to close the store over 30 minutes early, staff told me i could not get the item i wanted even though i was in the store 30 minutes prior to close, rude announcements on PA telling people to leave, telling staff to clear the store....... Watch out for Kate in the Electrical department, rude, terrible customer service..... Corporate should retrain ANYONE who is a supervisor or manager in this location to value their customers and not act like they have made all the revenue they need for the day and they just want to go home. Will NEVER return to this store!!!

My fiance and I do a lot of different home projects and this location has been our top choice on where to go due to its easy accessibility, product availability, and employee reliability. Every visit we make we receive very patient and knowledgeable service, from start to finish. I'm thankful for such an experience when starting a new project which can be stressful, the employees always come through and help us find what we need. Thank you.

Sales lady Jessica never disappoints when i'm in the flooring department her personality is amazing she's able make my shopping experience seamless and she's always consistent with her service too! I appreciate good service and she delivers everytime.

Home Depot employees were friendly & knowledgeable. They were willing to take the time & answer my questions that I had. Could not have have installed my dish washer without their expertise. They guided me to get the right parts that I needed for the installation. They even went step by step though the user manual to make sure I understood what was going on during the install process. Thank you Home Depot employees.

On this visit to purchase several different items I did need help from an associate to locate more of the one item, and she was able to help me. I see that the store has gone to all self check out operations, but I much prefer to deal with a human. I am sure it will be faster, though.

I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH YOU .APPLIANCE SPECIALIST DAVE CHMIEL. HE TOOK TIME TO GO OVER ALL THE FEATURES OF THE APPLIANCE, AND ANSWERED ALL OF THE QUESTIONS I HAD. VERY GOOD SALES REP.

I was in a hurry and the item that I came for bin was empty. But a helpful associate quickly took a carton of them down from the overhead stock and so I was quickly on my way. I got exactly what I needed at the price that I had planned on all in a very reasonable time, even though the place was quite busy.

What ever department I'm in, I always get knowlagble advice. When I've had go to the competition, I have to find some one and usaly they don't know where something is at or have knowlage of what I need.

Chris the cashier manager gave me the Labor Day Ad discount on Kingsford Charcoal even though the ad expired a week prior. I love how Home Depot goes above and beyond to help you out!

I WAS ABLE TO GET STORE ASSISTANT AND STORE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINING ABOUT PRODUCT.

Even at 2PM on a busy Friday I was able to purchase the item that I came to purchase, and the wait to check out was less than a minute. Also the cashier had a nice smile, although there were a whole lot of customers checking out.

First I would like to say that my cashier vernice was great while handling a super long line of customers with only one checkout lane open while other employees and management stood around and talked and watched it all play out. To make it worse after one of the customers asked if a second lane could be opened, management responded unprofessionally with a bad attitude.

This store literally refuses to take my money as I have been forced to cancel and get refunds on both carpet and interior door installs..... Long story short, leaving out the communication problems-I got an estimate for carpet, paid for both carpet and base board removal beforehand. I drove in from out of town to meet the contractors, who showed up and told me they could not rip out the baseboard (despite the fact that this was paid for) and they would have to send out another crew another day. I told them to kick rocks and got a refund on my order. This one is more complicated and frustrating, but my house was measured for about 10 or 12 interior doors. Went into the store 4 or 5 times to try to complete the order. The staff in doors seems incompetent as none of them understand the database they use. Each time I arrived, the staff was either unavailable, unable, or uninterested in completing my order as they kept telling me to come back as they kicked the can down the road each time. The final time (today), the staff member took about 20 minutes to dig up my file and told me I was only measured for prehung doors when the previous time I was there I told the staff I wanted slabs. One of the most ridiculous waste of time scenarios one could imagine. I moved back into one of my rental properties and have 10s of thousands of dollars I was going to throw at this store, but I am taking my business elsewhere as I've already been burnt twice and don't plan on giving this store any more business.
