Great Store they have more products and rentals than most HD in Ocean county.

This is my favorite Home Depot store thanks to people like Brian at the pro desk and the four people who help me last night , namely Dave in the garden center along with Sharon , Mike the forklift operator and another pleasant women who’s name escapes me now.

Found the employees and manager to go above and beyond to help with our purchase. I would recommend this store.

We always have great shopping experiences at the Home Depot in Manahawkin, NJ! The associates are always professional, helpful and friendly! The store is always clean and we'll stocked. The garden department always had beautiful plants and accessories for indoor and outdoor gardens. The holiday seasonal items are usually unique items that are not so readily available in other stores.

Everyone has always been helpful and friendly. A great place to go to for any household project.

I PREFER TO SHOP AT THE MANAHAWKIN HOME DEPOT SINCE ALL DEPARTMENTS HAVE PEOPLE WHO HAVE WORKED IN THAT SPECIFIC INDUSTRY (PLUMBING,ELECTRICAL,LUMBER,ETC.) KUDOS TO “SALLY” IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN COURTEOUS,KNOWLEDGEABLE,& HELPFUL AT ALL TIMES..KUDOS TO TOM IN LUMBER AND DENNIS IN PLUMBING. BOTH MEN HAVE SHARED THEIR EXPERIENCES & KNOWLEDGE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. ALL THE STAFF HAD MADE IT THE REASON I PREFER TO SHOP AT THE MANAHAWKIN HOME DEPOT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!!!

The customer service and employees have always been excellent. I always shop at HD.

The ease and convenience helped make our visit pleasant.The people working in the departments were helpful and guided us to the right place and helpful in picking out the right item for us. the experience continued with the sales help and helped us load our items in our car. It was a very good experience.

The Customer Service department is rude and unwelcoming. If you need assistance or have a question, they speak down to you and treat you as if you don't belong there and you are a pest. These employees need some form of Customer Relations training. I don't believe they have this. Lowe's Customer Service department is much more pleasant.

OUR NEIGHBOR ACROSS THE STREET WORKS FOR HOME DEPOT PART TIME. HE LOVES HIS JOB AT THIS STORE AND I REMEMBER ASKING HIM - DO THEY HAVE MEETINGS WITH THE STAFF REGARDING THE TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS. I WAS HAPPY TO HEAR THAT THEY DO. SOMETIMES YOU GO TO (OTHER) STORES AND FEEL INVISIBLE.

I received great service, employees are great especially in the paint section they answered all my questions and helped me to the fullest.

Strafford Home Depot store is a relaxing place to shop. My only complaint concerns an online order I placed and had sent to the Manahawkin store for pickup. I use my military discount on eligible items and most Home Depots will apply the military discount to the online order when picked up at the store. One time I sent an order for drapes to Manahawkin and when I picked the items up was informed that this store did not give the military discount to online shoppers. The store employees were involved in a heavy personal conversation at the customer service desk and not interested in researching the fact that my local Home Depot in Absecon provided the military discount when an online order was shipped to the store for pickup. I left the store frustrated and it was not the fact that I did not receive my military retired discount that angered me but the lack on the part of the employees to research and determine if they indeed could apply the discount which would have saved me about $15.00. Not all items at Home Depot are eligible for the discount but I knew for certain this order was because I had an order of the same drapes sent to Absecon about 6 months prior for another room in my house and was given the discount.
