We ordered tile for two different residences on two separate occasions. Everyone involved was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the experiences. The two young men who came to measure our rooms were also very professional and competent.

During our shopping trip to this Home Depot, we met several members of your team. All were friendly and helpful , especially the Navajo man in the Tool Section who gave us great suggestions for our projects. And Juan, our cashier, was so warm and friendly, we felt like part of his family.

I love going to Home Depot. They have an outstanding variety and inventory of products always at the most competitive prices. I am a customer for life.

Store looks so cheerful with all the Christmas blow ups on the shelves and all the Christmas trees all lite up,looks so cool.

Hand carts for large product , had to search parking lot to get one. No help in loading lumber and paint. Otherwise trip to store fine. Was serviced my employees. Questions answered.

Seems like it used to be employees didnt have a lot of knowledge about the telated products in their area. Now if they dont know they radio/call someone who they know knows the product. Dave jr

The store is well organized, clean, and plenty of tools to pick from. All employees that I encountered were friendly and ready to help.

We use this store reguarly and have always had a good experience. I would like to mention one employee in particular and his name was Malcom. This employee assisted us on 3 different occasions 1 of which was when he was getting ready to leave for the day and the other was when he came to a different section to assist. Malcom is a super employee and very knowledgeable and ready to assist when needed. he was always kind and considerate of our needs

This store is staffed with kind and helpful employees. All seem to "know their stuff". The store is always clean and well stocked. The yard and garden area is terrific. Great plants, fountains, pots, pavers, decorative stone... everything!

Need more employees some times its like self service i do have to go around all store to reach someone who can help!

A veteran, regardless of their status as a veteran, is still a veteran. When this Home Depot started to scrutinize the veteran status on our ID's at checkout about a year ago, I stopped shopping. I went straight to the competitor who honored the ID regardless of what status it said on my ID. I shopped there for a year. Home Depot earned none of my money. I am very glad Home depot decided to accept my veteran status once again. I have returned to the Home Depot as my leading home improvement choice.

Great customer service. We applied for a credit card. We were decline for it, but the cashier gave us $25 off for being patient.

Customer service in the isles is not great.

This store has some of the best people in their departments.

Absolutely EXCELLENT. Staff went WAY above and Beyond with so many things to help with my specific needs-helping to create what I needed within a limited budget, giving me ideas I hadn't thought of, creating and even building what I needed to a higher level and lower cost than I could ever have imagined. Phenominal Team. Highly Recommended.

This Home Depot store has adequate help, who are pleased to show you where your merchandise can be found AND answer your questions! It was well-stocked with the items in demand as well.

A little more laid back than other HD's I've been to. The staff is most friendly and helpful (beats Lowe's by a mile). I like their (ahem!) dog policy. And whatever I'm looking for; they got it!

This store does not honor website prices I want to go buy a fan seen this fan on Home Depot's website went down to the store and they charge me a lot more than what was on the website and refused to make it right buyer beware I will not recommend this Home Depot and the only reason I'm giving them a one star is because I can't give them a zero manager was very rude and and uncooperative

Our tile salesman, cashier and delivery driver named Guy were all very friendly and professional.

This particular store seems to be above average for a Home Depot store. Adequate personnel on the floor and it's clean and uncluttered.

I purchased a special order and it was delivered to my house when it arrived it was in pieces. I called the store was put on hold several times and the transferred to the department and was told by the clerk That he would get the manager. After being on hold for ten minutes the line was disconnected. When I called back, again was placed on hold when the clerk answered I requested a manager, again I was transferred and placed on hold a couple more times before the clerk told me the manager was busy and would be awhile. I told her the problem and the clerk told me to bring it in for an exchange. I'm 60 years old and if and when I am able to get this large heavy box in my car. I want my money back and will never return again to Home Depot.

Susan from flooring was Awesome! She helped me with my flooring needs, I ended up purchasing carpeting, they installed yesterday!! I needed help in doors and she helped me there also.

The Marana Home Depot store was clean and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend going to this store. I saved a ton of money as well from the recent holiday sale on the Memorial Day in the paint department. Go Home Depot!!

I had a great experience at the Marana Home Depot! I was greeted right away and so was my dog. I had immediate assistance and they even educated me along the way. Thank you staff at Marana Hone Depot! You're the best!
