We have been happy with the experience at this store, even though it not as large as some others.

I was completely satisified with store, the associate, and the cashier. also the availability of the flooring and underlayment being in stock.

Home Depot always has what we need for home improvements and repairs. They the friendliest people working for them. We always feel welcome there.

When I need plumbing supply's I know I can count on the experience in the plumbing dept. The new store manager is awesome to work with. I prefer to use Home Depot over the two competers Home Depot is more a lumber yard than a convenience store.

The associates were very helpful and very personable. The store appeared to be clean and organized. There were a few items that I could not find or the selection was not as good as I expected but overall it was good experience.

The associate that helped me in the building materials was very knowledgeable and got me exactly what I needed to get the job done the first time without making multiple trips to the store.

usually i go to pro desk for my items to be order and they help me pick and load to my truck they are really helpful and got knowledge of product and always made my trip really effective considering time i have to spend great job.

I was very happy with my experience at this store. Associates were helpful and knowledgeable. Compare price on two identical dryers. Lowe's had dryer in stock, Home Depot did not. Home Depot price was $80 cheaper. Free delivery, but have to wait 5 days. The wait is worth the savings.

I came to the store to have warranty work done on my Ridgid tools. The clerk went above and beyond to help me with the replacement of batteries and have my reciprocating saw repaired. I dealt with her and one other clerk and both were tops in my book.

Everyone that we spoke to was very helpful. Very fast service, and easy to find what I was looking for.

I came in looking for a hard to find item and quickly found an employee who was able to direct me to the correct location. The stereotype is that the big box store employees do not know other areas other than their post or that they are hard to find in the store. This is not the case at the Marion store. Employees are highly visible and quite willing to help.

I recommend this store when shopping for appliances. Ask for Sarah, she was super helpful.

Always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. One of the many things that I like is that Home Depot still gives 10% discounts for military connected disabilities. It's nice to know my service is appreciated. The associates couldn't be more helpful or friendly.

I went to the Marion Illinois Home Depot store to purchase fertilizer for my yard. I had a question about the price of the item. Tereon was able to answer the question and help me out with some additional items I needed. Tereon is a great asset to you company and this store. Thanks again for the pleasant experience.

One thing I always pay attention to is cleanliness of every store I shop at. This has always been among the cleanest and well kept stores of this type in Southern Illinois. Through the years there were many times I needed assistance and have never failed to get it. Very cordial associates and knowledgeable. Once in a while something may be out of stock but not for long. I always go to this store first!

Store associates are always friendly and available. Home Depot will match competition prices. I enjoy shopping at Home Depor and have never had a bad experience at the store. Thank you!
