It's not the rating for HD #6911, but for HD in general. Pushing low quality, defective, and dangerous products on the unaware consumers. Putting profit above quality, satisfaction, or even safety. Turned my cheek way too many times already.

Store is kept clean and products are easy to find. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

I was pricing boxes that I wanted to match that my Housing manager had purchased for me. They were 55 Gallon black and yellow totes. I found on this particular visit that they were on sale for $19.98 that was $5.00 off the original price of $24.98 . I spoke with one of the store associates on the floor and he was very friendly and extremely accommodating . It was a Friday afternoon and I asked him if the boxes would still be on sale on the following Monday in just a few days. He was very helpful as he recommended if I was interested in purchasing to do what was called a Will call (At the time I only purchased 2 boxes but he took them to checkout for me and I purchased the 2 boxes and the cashier filled out the form for the Will Call and then put the boxes on hold for me till the following Monday) This was very convenient and helpful. Also I came back on the weekend and bought 4 more boxes on the Willcall as they were still on sale. I picked up all 6 boxes on Monday the cashier remembered me an had my boxes ready and she went outside and got a wheelbed and the store associate helped put my boxes on the bed and helped load our car. This was all very helpful and accommodating and I highly recommend this store.

Great store to have close to home. I wish the HD Franchise would raise the bar on the QUALITY of merchandise they sell. For example, if you buy driveway sealer that has a seal showing that it will last 8 years, and you do everything per specs, you should never see it fail within the first weeks or months of use!!!. At this point the price doesn't really matter, especially when you have to redo the driveway 8 times within that time frame. Purchasing a great quality product is the main and ONLY key to providing great service.

IF YOU NEED A SPECIAL ORDER, OR ANYTHING IN THIS STORE, THESE PEOPLE WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR DUTY TO HELP YOU OUT. IF YOU ASK THEM WHAT ISLE A CERTAIN ITEM IS IN THE STORE, THEY WILL ESCORT YOU TO THE ISLE! AND GO THE EXTRA MILE TO FIND THE ITEM THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR OR RECOMMEND AN ITEM SIMILAR TO WHAT YOU NEED. YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY SHOPPING IN THIS HOME DEPOT!! I KNOW I WAS!

If you are in the market to purchase a kitchen appliance, we highly recommend you go in when Bob is working. He made our experience very positive.

Couldn't live without this place.

The store was clean. The associates were very friendly and helpful. I was able to find what I ws looking for easily because of the associate. They showed me that customer satisfaction is important.

This store use to have better service. The only guys that are helpful are the guys in the paint department. During the last visit I was ignored by the guy in the electrical department so he can service a contractor. I will avoid shopping at this store for my future needs.

I had an excellent experience. Jim in doors did a wonderful job. He helped me find the right type of door, walked me through the different styles and set me up for measurements. Great service!

STORE WAS FINE, IT HAD WHAT I CAME FOR, I LEFT A HOME DEPOT IN OLD BRIDGE , THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ITEM IN THE STORE

Needed a furnace filter. Asked an employee (Harry) where they were and he took me to them instead of just telling me where they were. Gave me some valuable advice that saved me money.

Just started my new job as a helper/apprentice electrician this week, and I was given a laundry list of items to pick up from Home Depot. Everything I needed was precisely where it was advertised to be, and there were clear directions of where to go to get items. I've had experiences at other stores where an employee said something was someplace yet the item was nowhere to be found, that problem didn't happen at this store. I now understand why my boss adores this location, and I will for sure be coming here as often as needed.

I do a lot of projects that I have no idea where I should begin. i.e. garage sale wagon for my grandkids. I went in there and explained how I wanted to rehab the wagon. My husband thought I was nuts to buy the wagon. WELL- Thanks to your experts, the Radio Flyer looks like it just flew out of the factory. I was amazed! Great help, advice and enthusiasm for my project even amazed my husband. Just bought a Butterfly Bench this weekend. Needs rust removal work. Went to the store, and aside from painting it, it's cleaned-up.They knew what to do with it. Tomorrow will tell!

Mr. Bob in the appliances department knows everything about washers and dryers! you will not be disappointed to see him.

There were plenty of helpful employees available throughout the store. Store looked clean and well-stocked. Employees made it easy to purchase an item that was locked up in the front of the store. Good experience overall. More cash registers should have been open, especially since it was Memorial Day weekend when so many of us are doing home projects.

This Home Depot never seems to have staff to assist you. I had to wait over 45 minutes to someone to help me which required me to call the store manager. They also never call you back when promised. Terrible customer service.

I like this store. It's close to my neighborhood,very friendly employee,great choice of plants,trees.Anything I need besides the garden products is available for me.Reasonable prices.
