I find the Marlboro store to have a more helpful group of employees then others I’ve been in

The employees in the Marlboro store are intelligent and extremely helpful, it is a blessing to shop in Home Depot in Marlboro, it is a pleasant shopping experience if your a guy who doesn't like spending a lot of time in a store , wants to get what he came in for and get out , get home, and do the job at home he is getting the supplies to do from Home Depot. Your employees have quick intelligent answers and great directions of how to find what one is looking for, this cuts down on customer search time and helps them to have a great shopping experience I say. I appreciated the help and intelligence I got , unlike other stores, where no one is available, you have to go looking for them, and then they look at you, not knowing what you are talking about and say to everything you ask: I don't know. Home Depot isn't like that , it is a Blessing to shop there and Peace of Mind. Thank you!!

Great store in Marlborough,,, They have almost everything you need including the Mens Room- can't speak for the ladies room!! Big point when you are 75. Their prices are good and really don't quibble if you return something. They have the customer at heart!

Sal helped me from start to finish on my Faucet replacement. It was truly like having my Dad there to help me. He was patient and took the time to assess if i was able to comprehend and accomplish this repair on my own. Go there and Ask for Sal!

Employees will literally go away and hide if you want them to do something that involves extra work like getting an item from an upper shelf or cutting wood. It took me over 1 hour to get someone to pull an item off a top shelf.

The employees are always willing to help. I send my wife and she always gets the help she needs

It's aways nice to go to Home Depot for even though it is considered "Big Box", much of the feeling still reminds me of the old local hardware store. That is really attributable to the warmth shared by your Associates. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to comment.

No one was there to help me when I needed assistance, I ask for help and nothing, except for the girl in the kitchen area she helped a lot.

I shop in this store weekly and the staff is wonderful. Your store is always clean and things are consistently stocked. I can’t say enough positive things about this particular Home Depot.

Shopping experience is great at this store. I bought a Rheem Tank Water Heater Model # XG50T12DM40U online and brought it home. The focus of this review is the installation through HD: Installation was a rip off. I was charged $120 to replace my functional valve with something like Eastman 1/2 in. MIP Vacuum Relief Valve Model # 60156 which costs $14 at HD. The tank has been installed directly on the concrete floor, so I expect humidity from the ground will cause rusting in the near future. They had some leakage during installation so the manual attached to tank was soaking with water when they left. On the plus size, the plumber team was polite, on time, and quick (finished the job in about 2 hours). The installation looks ok so far (installed today). Besides the overcharge described above they did charge me the quoted price for the installation.

Even though I went to the store to look at tin ceiling tiles, and they did not have any to see in person. Only on their website an employee mentioned. I ended up buying a retro refrigerator for my business. The employee was very helpful with the buying and delivery process.

All staff members helped me with every item I had. I was a hot mess & they directed me through the store to get everything I wanted. thanks again the marbly Home Depot is where its at.
