My favorite Home Depot to shop at.

Store needs more qualified employees , trained . People that work in this store seem not to care for any questions you make . And they always I dkn !!!! really ??? Maybe the answer would be "Lets find out and Learn"

Ran out of Pennington small sun and shade and waited on 15 minutes for propane exchange on not so busy day. Had to ask cashier to page associate and waited. Finally walked in to let them know I was still waiting.

I do not generally like to go to home depot, because it is so big and their floors are very hard on my old feet. But today was made so much easier because of a man named Kehinde,I saw him shortly after entering the store. I told him I had a list of things to pick up and he asked to take a look, I said of course(since I never seem to be able to find things at home depot, not that the sign aren't clear) it's just that the things I go in for are usually spread out in different parts of the store, he told me to go in a kind of route, which made things so much easier and easy to find. There was one item he even showed me where it was. I was so happy that I was able to find everything on my list,and managed to get done within about 15 minutes

The store itself is great. I have been going there for years and usually always find what I need. I find that more often than not the service is fine and the associates are amiable. However I’ve recently had a string of bad customer service experiences where I believe I was not being treated as a customer but as a nuisance and second rate citizen. So i have decided that if they do not want my patronage then I will not to shop there anymore.

Two stars because of its location. Would give it zero stars after I made an online purchase and when I got to the store the customer service representative told me to get the products I purchased myself. Defeats the purpose of online orders and quick trips.

Great store! Excellent selection of products and the checkout was actually very quick and easy.

Who knew a big box store could provide such friendly and personable service! Though at times they are more sparsely staffed than at others, when I do find someone, I can always count upon them being friendly and knowledgeable of their products - and the location of them in the store. The aisles are well stocked and they seem always striving to update and improve their stock.

I am a 15 year self employed Handyman. I nearly launched my business because of the Marlborough store! I could not have developed this business as I have without that store and all of it's friendly, helpful associates. So many faces come to mind over the years. I can also say that Home depot has it well over the blue competition. I use as exclusively as at all possible but on occasion out of convenience I am compelled to alter my preferred way of doing business by going elsewhere. The contrast is to me obvious. Employees are not at all engaged or eager to help the customers the way the HD is. I find them both understaffed and of those present only speak when spoken to and prefer to be left alone. In contrast the Marlborough Home depot over the 15 years I have been in business, have enjoyed immensely the personalities that have been employed there. While every business has many challenges, the Home depot in particular my Marlborough store in a general sense is organized, clean, helpful, friendly, informative and most typically adequately stocked. If I had one criticism it's the occasional congestion in the aisles of restocking supplies but not any kind of a major issue. keep up the great work people. I am successfully self employed as an all around Handyman because of the efforts and knowledge of my store. One last note is that I find Home Depot a more contractor oriented store over the competitions stronger consumer oriented model. While both balance both, Home Depot remains the front runner in the "you can do it , we can help department. I'll get my wall hangings somewhere else and prefer it that way. The store is clean and the staff are always willing to help me find what i need. I have met several of your associates and can happily report they are knowlegable.

bad employees that like to make trouble. Beware of the girl in the paint Dept. named Cat. She is big trouble

Just go, bring your ideas and ask if you are not sure about what you need to buy

I can get any kind of paint in very little time at this Home Depot. That is important to me ! I make many rockets (static). and have an ever growing "Rocket Garden"

I like this store very much. It probably doesn't do as much volume as most other HD locations but it's very convenient for me and I like that it's never very crowded. People are nice and knowledable, store is spotless, plenty of inventory. Great store........

I came to the store looking for Home Depot to honor a recent price drop alert on an attic ladder which I purchased about 60 days ago, but had not yet installed. Tricia in customer service was outstanding in helping me get a credit. Tricia was engaging, courteous and informative throughout the whole process. Before retiring, I managed a Ritz Carlton Hotel, so I recognize good customer service. She is a real asset to the store and another reason why I continue to shop Home Depot Marlborough.

Very helpful employees and they always have what I need.
