I love this store as there is always plenty of staff to help.

Everything about this store is 5 star. It reminds me of the 3rd Ave Manhattan store

My item was sold out elsewhere with it only being listed here. The associate tracked my item in the store when it was not at the listed location. The associate took out the time to find it for me. Thank you ShemRoy!

Well stocked , friendly and knowledgeable staff.

They need to work on greeting customers that enter and leave the store. When you are about to checkout they have more self checkout than an actual person ready to help. They all look so unhappy

This location is very clean & well stocked. A lot of employees throughout the store to help. My only complaint is that I do not like self checkout. There were employees there to help, but what is the point of self checkout if they have to help costumers anyway.

The staff is amazing . They went the extra mile to help me out. A gentleman from the tile dept found the last few boxes of tiles that I needed . He got the forklift and got them for me along with his colleagues. Mariana in paint helped me with my paint questions and she gave me great recommendations. Everyone we came across had great attitudes with smiles on their faces. Staff would approach us and offer help. The staff makes this store great!

By far the best experience I’ve had at Home Depot locations is at this location because of the client service. As a pro member I feel that they work to resolve issues. They are responsive and call you back to follow up rather than keep you on hold bouncing you back and forth to some one else.

I want to start by saying that Zoë H was exceptionally amazing at helping me thru the entire process start to finish. She was extremely invested and so helpful.

A new one that had opened a little over a year ago. Very clean, very courteous, and a pleasant shopping experience.

My husband and I are first time home painters and had no idea where to even start. Jeff in painting was incredible! Super patient with questions, offering a range of suggestions at varying price points and possessing strong product knowledge.

I came here from the Woodhaven store that did not have the 8x8 canopy in stock while showing 15 available. I went to the isle in the Maspeth but it was not in the location on the app. I checked the patio area and that is where I met Jamal and asked him to check the sku to see where it was located. He checked the same area I did and according to the phone, he knew of a overhead location. He found the canopy sheds and got Justin to drop the pallet! All around great customer service!

Vicky, the head cashier is an extremely nice person and was very helpful. I prefer shopping at this location (Maspeth) rather than others because it's very neat and employees are helpful.

Our salesperson Vinny was incredibly helpful and even helped us load the Weber grill into our Jeep.

Liking to shop at the maspeth HD, definitely organized and clean, lack of pro parking on the ground level. Abenie at the return/pickup is definitely professional at what she does, she made my visit very pleasant. Thank you Abenie!!

My relationship with homedepot started in 2002 in Virginia, this store is the worst when it comes to customer service

Very friendly and easy to park.

I was having an issue at the checkout lane scanner and a cashier named Angela came over and helped. She was the nicest employee and very polite.

I was able to find many styles of medicine cabinet and in stock at this Maspeth Home Depot. I was not helped by any staff because the items were easy to find on my own.

Good store. Clean. Only downside is no cashiers. They are by check out and willing to help. Makes no sense

Staffs at Maspeth location are wonderful and helpful as always. I love this location as the place are tidy, items are easy to find and most importantly it's comfortable to shop.
