great store, great employees

I shop here everyday, several times a day and the associates are amazing. They are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help the customer. Other home depot stores are also good but this one is my favorite. Just wish the layouts of the stores were all the same, cause it takes awhile to find things at the other stores sometimes.

I have been to this store multiple times and I always find the supplies and help I need. They do not discriminate against me because I am a woman. The employees are always very helpful and really seem to care. This store changes the reputation of big box stores.

Excellent service in lumber!

Christine at Customer Service desk was extremely patient, courteous, and helpful in getting our military discount applied to a purchase we had made earlier in the day, but forgot to ask for. She was awesome!

This is the only place I buy home improvement products. They have earned my business over and over again

This store is laid out conveniently and was very clean. We had a question about a product and an employee answered our question and helped us locate what we were looking for. We indicated in the survey that we probably wouldn't shop at this store a lot..ONLY BECAUSE WE LIVE LESS THAN ONE MILE FROM ANOTHER HOME DEPOT! We stopped in and shopped here because we were running errands close by, but several miles from our home.

I have no problem with Home Depot. I've used them for years and will continue to do so. However, I have a serious complaint about a Yard Machine lawnmower I purchased ion 6/29/2016. I've had it in for a $73 carb service and now the compression is 65 psi, where it should be 110. Wes, in the service area has been very helpful and honest in telling me that Briggs and Stratton has compromised on quality and now he has nothing but problems with their products. He sent it out for possibly 5 wks. during which time I'm without a mower. I'm into this piece of trash for $300 and have not had a reliable mower for a year now. I'm thinking of trashing it and cutting my losses. Home depot needs to give Briggs and Stratton the ultimatum--improve or lose our business!!

I love this store. People are always available to help. The store has everything you could want.

I actually prefer this store over some of the others that I have been to. I don't like that HD reverses the store design in some stores. Since finding help isn't always easy it makes it near to impossible to find what I am looking for when I shop at a different location. I do like this location. The cashiers are always very friendly. The return desk is usually a bit of a wait unfortunately. I

recently rented a small backhoe at this store, i did not have the correct size ball to fit the trailer asked if i could just rent the right size ball, the emplyee at the rental counter said we don"t rent them you will have to buy one , i suggested collect a deposit equal to buying the towing ball plus the rentall fee, just a convenience that i am sure people would be willing to pay for ,

Weston in the tools rental section was a huge help. He didn't hesitate to take the time to show me how to tune up my lawn mower and Tiller that I brought from home to his location. I will be frequenting at the mesa country club rd location in the future.

The employees know their stuff here. Any question I've ever asked has been professionally answered and I leave knowing that i got just what i needed for the job(s) I'm working.

Your associates don't care about the customer and have no clue about customer service.

The last 2 days I have visited 3 local Home Depots. All for a simple plumbing project. This store did not have on the self all the items I needed. Several items were empty and many others had items other than the assign items in the box. Lately it has gotten worse. Every item has to be checked to make sure it is correct and what is in the package is the same as the label. There was no sales help in the plumbing section at about 4:45. I didn't get help in other parts of the store either. In the center walkway there were 3 HD employees standing and flapping their mouths. Home Depot must have hired some of the managers from Sears. The shelves throughout the store looked like Sears shelves.

The employees at this location make it fun to shop here. They are always kind, courteous, and willing to answers my questions, direct me and advise me on products regardless of if I am "in their department". I usually go to this location even though there are two equally distant from me because of the great service I receive here. Keep up the awesome work!

If you're going to Home Depot to purchase appliances you have to see Anne Rivera! She is so knowledgeable about the products and so friendly it made spending a large sum of money a very enjoyable experience!

Very efficient trip. Everything organized in a manner that made it easy to find things. The customer service was excellent and quick. I needed a piece of wood for a home improvement project. The gentlemen that assisted me was extremely friendly and seemed to be happy with his job. He measured and cut the wood quickly. Check out staff efficient as well. She handled a call to assist the previous customer in getting to her vehicle while still managing my check out. We were in and out of the store within 20 min. This was one of the best trips to a home improvement store I have had in a long time.
