The store is very clean and every employee was willing and able to assist us as we shopped. They were very visible and knew where their products were located. This helped save a lot of time and searching. The cashier, Cynthia, was very friendly and professional. It capped off our shopping experience and made us look forward to the next trip to the store.

Clean store, helpful floor staff. Shelley and Pamela (gardening) were the consummate professionals - courteous, customer-focused, energetic, & knowledge experts in their department.

I had an excellent experience in the lumber checkout with Lex she was very friendly and got me out in a timely manner disspite the fact that the line was long she still kept a smile. I enjoyed our conversation and definitely will be shopping at this store in the future.

Stephanie in Customer Service is one of the most helpful and professional representatives I have ever dealt with. She was even able to provide the "bad news" in a way that quickly lowered my frustration. I will continue to shop her simply from my short interaction with this excellent employee.

This store is near my home therefore very convenient. 90% of the time the store have what I'm looking for. I find the employees too busy or occupied to be friendly. I don't recall a time when I was greeted or asked if I needed assistance when I obviously was looking for a certain item next to an employee who was just ignoring me.

We love the garden center here. There's an awesome selection of plants (which of course, varies by shipment), and most are healthy. (I did bring a Crassula home with fungus gnats once, but it was an easy fix. One plant out of probably thirty isn't bad!) The employees here are so kind! There's one employee in the garden center (female, dark hair, 40-50s), who is beyond sweet! She noticed my daughter (3) loves plants and took a few minutes to quiz her and ask her to help pick out a plant for a gift. She made my daughter's day and gave her so much confidence. I wish I would've gotten her name! The cashiers almost always ask if we qualify for the military discount too, which is appreciated because I always feel awkward asking.

Home Depot Military Hwy has always had great customer service. I will pass up a lot of HD to get to this one because I know they will always give good customer service.

This is the first time I've found an out-of-stock experience. Typically plenty of stock

Very courteous and friendly employees who try to get you all the discounts possible and Great sale prices.

Great place to shop great employees to deal with and if you can't find something just ask and they will walk you to the location where the item is.
