Man's toy store - lots of things to try out and play with, workers are friendly and helpful when you can find them ! store a bit product crowded with too many displays and diamond stacked items in the isles, but I understand the idea is to get as much merchandise on the floor as possible.

The store was clean. But would have like to have an employee to check if an item was in stock or not. I found a product I wanted but didn't see it in stock so I settle for another item.

you never find an associate to help you and if you do it seem like they are making you a favor. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

At the time of my visit, late Saturday afternoon, there was lots of associates on hand. It seems that the store has hired additional part-time summer employees and they were very eager to assist me. I asked an specific question and was directed to the right place to find the desired item. It was a refreshing experience.

This is the Home Depot closest to my home. I'd love to be able to love this store, but my experience working with employees has not always been so great. Consistency would be a welcome change.

I FOUND THE PRODUCTS I WAS LOOKING FOR. THE EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE WAS EXCELLENT AND ALWAYS IS. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN. ASSOCIATES ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I HAVE SOME RECOMMENDATIONS THOUGH: IN DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS HOME DEPOT CAN INSTALL SOME TV TO SHOW DIFFERENT VIDEOS TO HELP CUSTOMERS. TRAINING CAN BE HELD WITH FREQUENCY WHERE WOMEN AND MEN SHARE KNOWLEDGE. INSTALLER COMPANIES CAN BE IN HOME DEPOT AND THEN CUSTOMERS CAN MEET THEM AND ASK ALL INQUIRIES THEY NEED. IN THE GARDEN DEPARTMENT THERE ARE MANY PRODUCTS HOWEVER NOBODY EXPLAIN ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR BENEFITS. MEETINGS WITH NEAR NEIGHBORHOODS CAN BE HELD IN ORDER TO BE BETTER AND HAVE A LIFE WITH QUALITY THAT RESPONDS TO OUR DEVELOPMENT.

I always shop at this store and I enjoy the visits and the customer service.

This store has been gradually getting better... But one person there, 'Terry'; the young woman who usually manages the far-west register near the contractor area; is an outstanding human being that is truly passionate about what she does! If I were managing this store, or even the corporate region, I would lift her up as an example of how virtually EVERY employee should be in virtually ANY retail environment! Terry is just that awesome! ...and I can't help but feel that her presence must be a positive influence on her co-workers as well. Like any business, there are always areas that can be improved, but over the past year or two, I have seen a steady improvement in store #6353... Keep up the good work! (...and be sure to reward Terry; she is by far the best person I've ever encountered at ANY Home Depot store!)

Worst store I have ever been in... usually go to the one in Weston, Fl...... employees actually run and hide..employees not one of them ever came to ask if I needed assistance.... when I did catch someone he acted like I was bothering him...in fact that’s how I felt about my entire experience at this store... I was bothering them..!!!!!! Worst Home Depot ever!!!! Also bad supply of stock and store a mess...... Signage is terrible also ... Bad store... only use as last resort.... Weston is only a short distance and there you will find better employees... better shopping experience...

Terri our cashier was exemplary! She was kind, friendly, smiling and even told us of a product that helped with our project that the other employee hadn’t mentioned. She was helpful, knowledgeable, fun and pleasant. She should be doing the training for Home Depot. Terri you Rock. I’ve had some not so great experiences in other Home Depot’s. Although a product we needed was out of stock everything was clean and easy to find. Good work Miramar
