Returns desks are normally like the DMV. We avoid them at all cost. However, today I had the greatest experience working with Jennifer O getting solutions to my problems and not excuses. Thank you Jennifer for all your help. I appreciate you!!!

Wish there was another Home Depot Store like this one in Pasadena so I could frequent more often.

I like this store more then the in my Neighborhood the store is bigger and cleaner and the associates are more friendlier

There was an employee that took his time to help me in the department he was working on. His name was Lorenzo. Not only did he help me but he was very knowledgeable of the different products that I was looking at. I usually go to different home depot closer to home but they were close. Just because of how great Lorenzo made me feel I think I'll take the extra drive to come to this home depot.

The best location next to the freeway always clean and organize easy to shop. Associates are the very best, always ready to help.

I love going to Home Depot because I find what I need. The shelves are well stocked and there are friendly employees who are ready to help. The store is well organized and clean. It's a fun place to be.

I like this dog in my Royal because it's clean to me people are polite other stores are magazine dirty a little bit what makes a big difference to me like I said again is a coffee sometimes and sometimes I needed in the morning to get my day going that was a good idea to have Refreshments like coffee

I always have an easy time when I am shopping at Home Depot in Monrovia. The store is clean, it's easy to find what your looking for, or if you can't find something, a store employee is always near by to answer any questions. If needed, an employee will take you to the product(s) you are trying to locate. You can get in line to pay for your items, or you can just go to a self check-out register.

Not enough store staff and the ones I was able to find were undertrained!

If you want to go to a store that has every possible item you would need for home and or work, go to Home Depot. They not only have a large selection of products but the employees are helpful and knowledgeable of each item throughout the store. The store is also clean and well signed as to where everything is. It enjoyable to shop at Home Depot.

I am a Licensed General Contractor, I visit this store 25+ days per month. This location has Rude and Inconsiderate employees. The checkout people are the worst. If you visit this location, you better know the store and what you need because you will not get any help or expert advice. If you try to contact the Store Manager, they are never available. I've been to 40 Home Depots across the USA and this is by far one of the worst ones. I can't understand people who take a job and spend their time on the clock texting and looking at their phones when customers need help.

The Store employees know the store and their products. They are courteous and patient with elderly customers like us. We have bought many things over the years -- windows, patio doors, appliances, garden supplies, bathroom cabinets, carpets. We have been well-satisfied with the products and the service and the installation.

I like the late hrs bc I end up having to run everywhere to diff home depots, but this is a big store & I always shop late at night.

I have done many projects for my past homes and used Home Depot as my main supplier for materials and equipment. First used HD in Tucson, AZ back in the late in 1988, before them coming to California.

Glad to see the women in the store know their products. Was impressed with the young lady working in the key section. She was very knowledgeable in regards to her product location. Keep up the good work.

Store is a nice big wide open space with lots of friendly faces of employees willing to help. The garden area is always so neat and organized. I was able to find what I wanted with help.

The Home Depot in America is always the place I go for home products whether I fix it myself or have them do it. Associates have been very friendly and helpful in most of my needs. Store is always quite clean and very well organized. Associates are also knowledgeable in their products. If not they usually get someone in their respective department that's is. Major products are easy to find because of signs above each aisle. All in all the Home Depot in Monrovia rocks!

Jenny, Maria and the staff at Monrovia Home Depot handle every order and transaction with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. They are gold standard in the customer service department and this is why we return for every one of our building renovation projects.

I went in the night of 2/12 needing some electrical J boxes and a 2 gang switch one. I sensed I wouldn't find any help since HD cuts back at night to save THEM money. I see them viewing us as $$ and not people. I was totally ignored by some people talking at the end of the aisle, and they paid attention to me only when I started walking towards them. They didn't like it when I complained about having to find someone knowledgable to help, and just ignored me for some reason. So much for wanting to improve things. I wasted 45 minutes with a supervisor and Asst. Manager trying to help me find what I needed, and they really didn't know what they were doing. It's worse that they didn't value my time, and NATURALLY the cashiers had no problem taking my money. HD is way too big and corporate. They need to hire more people with know-ledge and not just kids.

I am remodeling a new house I bought in Monrovia and I have been to home depot on daily basis for the past 2 months. I have bought everything I need from there because of their good prices but above all the exceptional customer service. All employees are super knowledgeable, polite, and helpful.

This store is always clean organized and has plenty of employees to help you.
