This location is amazing. I antisipated a stressful experience. It was the complete opposite. The employees provide fantastic customer service and are so friendly and willing to help. If you visit, ask for Ariel. She gets 5 stars from me.

THE CASHIER AMARI ALWAYS GREETS ME AND TELLS ME GOOD ADVICE WHEN I COME TO THIS LOCATION.IF SHE WASNT WORKING FOR YOU GUYS I OFFERED HER A POSITION AT MY ESTABLISHMENT LOL

I had an awesome encounter with two customer service employees, Nisha and Anna. They were kind yet super professional as they helped me obtain products for a time sensitive project!!! I have always had great experiences at this store in Mortow, Georgia!!!

Every time I go into this store, I am approached by an employee and asked if I need help. I cannot tell you how important that is because as a Contractor/Property Manager, I constantly purchase home improvement products for rental properties that I manage as well as home that I am repairing. It is so good to enter a store in which the employees acknowledge your presence and ask if you need any assistance. I make sure that this store receives all of my business. I love going to Home Depot in Morrow!

There were only a few people that could help me. Trenette was the most helpful person in the entire store. Everytime I went there I would look for her help. She was the most knowledgable person there and was willing to do the work to help me find what I needed in all departments. Sandra, Tangi, Jackie, Victoria and Kimber was also helpful.

The employee in the lumber cutting department is rude and spiteful. The manager supported his cause and laughed at me when expressed how the employee acted towards me when I asked for a certain color of lumber boards because the inventory had very far different color variations. The store had so many carts with stock items being stored in the isles I had to almost fight with another customer because I saw an empty cart in an isle with no one on the isle. Manager rolled her eyes when I said something about that. Its a shame that customers have to put up with rude employees and even the managers don't know what to do.

Home Depot always have what I need. Associates are all friendly. Store inside is well organized.

This location always has greeting cashiers especially Alicia. She is always full of energy

I went to this store today and had a great experience the manager Tip was very attentive and helped us without even asking, Ron was very knowledgeable and helpful as well, we received a greeting at the door. I will definitely continue to shop at this location.

We were interested in a farmhouse sink as well as double oven, Jackie was knowledgeable in that area and gave us her recommendation on appliances which was very helpful in our decision.

Poor customer service is you need assistance. Cannot get anyone to answer overhead page and cannot locate anyone in person. Manager on Duty Ron was no better, never apologized for my wait and did not thank me for my purchase when he checked me out.

Miss clear and the team at customer service and abroad did amazing job in finding what I was looking for and their service.

I ordered a lawn tractor on line to pick up in Morrow. They sent me notice it was ready. It was not and it took me 4.5 hours at the store to leave with a improperly assembled one.
