I brought my ceiling fan from this home depot and absolutely love it it was east to install and my office has that modern look along with a nice cool off space while I work

I brought over 40 cans of paint from Home Depot in the last 6-8 months, with no regrets, I have painted my home walls over and over to make sure it would be the best! because I realize I'm not moving from my large home ever in my life! so I will always need paints, and when I shop at home depot in the last 2 years I brought everything from paint, rugs, chandeliers, tools, detergent, spray paint, glues, nails, light bulbs, you name it! early in November I purchased floor flap for my carpet, it looks and works amazing for my carpet, its soft its durable and most of all my carpet won't get dirty anymore, along with the color of my wall and the beautiful carpet rugs I'm so happy and its soft to step on as well it has beautiful designs in it and matches with the color paint I purchased up to four times in 1 month I absolutely love it! and have gotten so many likes when people visit my home, I have always loved to decorate my place, and with home depot being my number one store and the convivence of having everything from ceilings to floors and more I was truly over whelmed with Joy! and lately I found myself buying Christmas items to light up the day and night in my home, it's so beautiful it makes me want to leave the beauty up all year round just because home depot is my favorite place I was pleased to have my blinds for my living room windows so the color wasn't exactly in stock, but in my world there's always room to play to make it another way, with the help of home depot's quality so I purchased them anyway and then brough a very lovely color and that's when Tyshawn in paint helped me with the correct paint to use before actually painting the blinds but look at them NOW! they are the most elegant with using home depot's quality paint ever seen! thanks to home depot paint, when I arrive to the paint department the worker in paint says" you're here again! and I tell them Yes! I love Home Depot, i have a beautiful powder room color, living room color kitchen color, and backsplash, hall color, and much more rooms I will be giving feedback on soon! and I love the staff in all departments! specially in paint and I love to share it with the people! and the managers of how great they are and how hard they work to please all customers! with great pleasure! I'm a happy customer and have the loveliest home thanks to Home Depot

I BROUGHT STEP FLAPS FOR MY STAIRS, AND ALTHOUGH I HAVE CARPET ON THE STAIRS I WAS TOLD THAT IT MAY NOT WORK BUT IT DID WORK AND NOW MY CARPET WONT GET DIRTY IT LOOKS GREAT!AND I WILL NOW COLOR THE SILVER NAILS TO DARK BROWN WITH THE MARKERS I PURCHASED ALSO FROM HOME DEPOT AND IT WILL BE PERFECT, BUT IM PLEASED AND HAPPY! AND YOU WILL BE TOO!

Placed the order for a front door measurement on the HD app. Per app, it said the door measurement order was sent to HD Mt.Laurel. Gave it a couple of days and didn’t hear anything back so I stopped at the store. Mass confusion. First I stood there about 15 minutes before the guy spoke. Then he couldn’t find the order, proceed by lots of grunts and many gestures that he didn’t want to be there. Finally he said, let’s cancel the app order and create a store order to which I agreed. Placed another order and was told I will get a call. Got a call the next day and scheduled an appt for Saturday Nov 2nd between 2-6pm. Got 2 confirmation emails stating the same. Stayed at the job site wasting my time at the specified time and no one showed up. No call, nothing. What a disaster. To start, people at the store want nothing to do with you, then they don’t show up. I’m done.

I rely exclusively on Home Depot for my construction needs and the Mount Laurel store is among the best. The representatives are knowledgeable and helpful at every turn. When things go wrong, Home Depot stands behind its service and makes things right. You can't beat them for customer service.

Of the two which HD offers, this is the heavier, but it is only 20 ga and it should be heavier still at 17 ga. It is furnished with an aggressively adherent label which is 1 /1/2" wide and four inches long. The appearance matters for this part. It was difficult and time consuming to scrape it off and then to solvent scrub off the adhesive. It should have been in a poly bag with the label on that. Negligence on the part of HD quality control.

I'm not sure that I would return to this store for anything but routine purchases. Different employees tell you contradictory things. They are terribly understaffed. Why do I say that? Because the employees themselves tell me that. Frustrating to deal with someone who advises that they are "filling in" for someone and don't really have any expertise in a given department. Maybe shorter hours would help lessen the work overload.

Even though I haven't received my appliances delivered yet, my salesman Jim Foyt was very knowledgeable in helping me with my order and offered their warranty protection plan versus PSE&G plan. Home Depot was a better deal. I purchased my appliance package on the Memorial Day special and I saved quite a bit.

Excellent customer service from Jackie and Tyreek. Very knowledgeable about the product patient professional and courteous. Same to be said for the associates that helped us load our purchase into our car they were very patient.

purchased Tilelab grout sealer, very easy to use, low odor and quick drying.

Everyone was so kind I got a welcome to Home Depot and I walked in the door and one of the cashier ladies said I hope you have a good day everyone was very nice and I just enjoyed my time there today.

I recently had a regrettable encounter with a staff member named Barbra at Home Depot. Unfortunately, her unprofessionalism was evident as she failed to greet me and, instead, shouted a disrespectful "stand there." This lack of courtesy and professionalism significantly tarnished my experience. Improved customer service training is crucial to ensure a more positive shopping environment.

We never used a paint sprayer and gentleman at Mt Laurel store was patient and walked us through different products. Also mixed my paint request and got us out of store in less than 30 minutes. Very efficient!

This is not going to be your average feedback. You have an associate, Mark, working for you that without a doubt changed two lives this day. The morning prior to our shopping experience at 330am, my mother came face to face with someone at her back door trying to break in with nothing between them but one foot of air. Not even the back door. If that’s not overwhelming enough, we went scrambling to Home Depot in the morning to purchase anything we could to arm the house with complete ignorance on the items we were buying. Mark spent ample time with us, showing us home security cameras, flood lights, comparing brands, purchasing new locks and latches, and coming back to check on us obviously stressed and lost in departments that weren't his to make sure we were able to accomplish the goals we wanted. Peace of mind is something that is not for sale at Home Depot and Mark did the best he could to give that to us for free. We are by no means "ok" yet but Mark supplied us with physical and emotional security. You will forever have two loyal customers to this location specifically and solely because of Mark. Thank you so much for hiring an Angel and blessing in an orange disguise. It is also to be noted the cashier, Dot was also super engaging and caring to two obviously stressed out women. We are overall beyond grateful for your staff at this location.

Serge in the Mount Laurel, NJ paint department is so very knowledgeable and willing to share (painting) experiences to ensure you get the best products to complete your projects. We stripped and repainted our outdoor (metal) patio set, replaced the fabric and this set looks brand new. Hope to enjoy for many more years, Thanks Serge with your guidance we did it!
