The store was clean. The products were easy to find and the associate, Gay, in the power tools & nuts and bolts section was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Made my visit less stressful. The best Home Depot that I've been to so far. I live in Mount Holly but was in the area & decided to visit this Home Depot. Glad I did!

I have shopped at this Home Depot for years, and will continue to shop here as long as I have projects to complete. And, like I said in an earlier question, the store is always clean, well stocked , and associates are very knowlegeable and friendly. I have recommended new neighbors to drive a bit further and go to the Mount Laurel store, where I know they be happy that they did.

Employee Antonio was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to help customers in both fluent English and Spanish with the same level of respect and professionalism.

Inventory, is usually low at this store compared to the other stores in the area, and experienced a few items on the shelf defective. Item I picked up on sale after Christmas was damaged, and by the time I had the time to test and return it, the items was no longer available for sale. They do have the best nursery during the warmer weather.

THE CHRISTMAS TREES WAS VERY BEAUTIFUL

Customer service is alive and well in the outdoor power equipment section of the Mt Laurel HD. Dan is helpfull, responsive and knowledgeable!

Exceptional customer service, Dan K from electrical went above and beyond to get me the hand tool I needed.

I always find staff helpful and friendly, and a good selection of items at this store.

Associates were much friendly & willing to offer assistance than other home improvement stores.

Ron who works in the window department is awesome! He is very knowledgable with the products and helped make our purchase effortlessly. It was a great experience. Thank you Ron!!!!

Great experience at a great store

Have shopped at this location of Home Depot for many years, and have never had to complain about anyone, any product or the store in general. My shopping experience has always been constructive, pleasant, and informative . It's obvious employee assistance is key to Home Depot. You are usually just steps away from assistance. I would highly recommend this Home Depot location to anyone in need of hardware , building materials , etc.

Our family has been going to the Mount Laurel Home Depot for years. We have never been disappointed and we have found all of the staff that we have encountered to be polite, personable , knowledgeable and helpful. Their products have stood the test of time.

I frequently visit this location and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. As a new homeowner I have a lot of questions and it’s always very easy to find someone to help me. I also got a lot of help from two employees who were able to help me lift items into my cart and put them into my car as I did not have someone with me to make my purchase. They did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing them and it made me really glad that I always choose Home Depot.

When customers show pride and confidence in where they work and what they do, it is a pleasure to frequent the establishment on often over their competitors. I make it my mission to patronize stores that demonstrate the above.

As a frequent customer, I expect great Customer Service the moment I walk into a store and acknowledged. I, also, would like it if personnel were able to show me where an item is instead of me wasting time looking in the wrong location. I want to get what I need and leave for other tasks of the day.

After being ignored by two female employees, gossiping at customer service, I was assisted by Matt who not only directed me to the aisles but he actually went and found one of them for me. Lisa checked me out while Matt helped another customer. The first two employees need to rethink their job and why they have the job. So this review is only a wash

Mount Laurel Store and employees were a great help, however Home Depots method of scheduling bulk deliveries needs HELP. You spend the extra money to have it delivered from the store you previously had bought product so that it would match, but some nut with a computer at corporate thinks it is better to delivery the product from another 20 plus miles away in another state and when you finally get the material you ordered it dosen't match. Great way to keep customers NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER no excuse for it

Great store which is full of products, but customer service needs alittle improvement. They are nice and welcoming but some times can not fulfill small requests.

Today I had a most wonderful experience at the Mt Laurel store. A salesperson approached me. Asked if I needed help and proceeded to do just that. Knowledgeable ,Patient and Personable. I was able to make a purchase and left the store feeling I had just received excellent customer service. That’s a great feeling.

I live in PA. Was passing through NJ driving from NY and stopped by for supplies for my job the next day. I was greeted at the front door and every department I walked through. I was looking for a certain item and asked an employee where they were. The average response is an isle number or a point in a certain direction. This employee, I wish I remember his name, stopped what he was doing, walked me over and while there made suggestions on my choices. These big supply houses started out this way and lost focus somewhere. Well great job to the Management of this place!

I love the Mt Laurel Home Depot. Everypne is so nice and very helpful. Bought everything to remodel kitchen including flooring. Love it all!!!

Mount Laurel Home Depot Staff consistently provide friendly, helpful and courteous service. Staff is knowledgeable and asked relevant and precise questions in order to accommodate your needs-if you cannot find something-they will find it for you.
