Excellent front desk service!

I came in to purchase subflooring and 2x6s. Several associates walked right past me not offering any help at all. Then after I walked out other associates walk past me still not offering any help. What happened to good customer service? If it wasn't for the customers these associates wouldn't have a job.

Ed was a great help tonight. He did most all of the brain work that went into figuring out our plumbing fittings for our job. He went above and beyond for us.

I had a horrible experience with a competitor being rude to my wife yesterday. So much so I didn’t want to finish my purchases. Drove out off town to try this store. Everyone was helpful and nice. I got what I needed and left feeling respected and valued. Very nice people!

Invest in hiring more people like Leann and Melissa and the gentleman that was with Leann today 10/2/22, I believe his name is Larry?

I had a list of a good variety of items I needed. Went on a Sunday afternoon and was able to easily find every item on my list and even things I forgot to put on there. All the employees were friendly and helpful, which is mostly unusual these days. It was a good shopping experience.

Everyone there is helpful and friendly, I’ve never had a bad experience, this store happens to be my favorite Home Depot to shop at.

A shout out to Omar and Leticia at Home Depot for helping me with a Window A/C Unit.

Nor do they ring up at store price and make you handle their mistake at customer service. Also some associates could use customer training when accusing customers of yelling at them

Clerk refused me a Military Discount. I have an approved Military Discount in my Home Depot account but do not have a smart phone, which HD says you MUST now have to get the approved Military Discount. Clerk was rude.

I was looking for an item that the website showed to be in stock, and drove 50 miles to purchase. Could not locate the item, and the person that helped me spent 10-15 minutes looking for it before giving up.

Linseyd is the best. She helped me find the best value on my flooring! She was so sweet and patient. She sat me down and answered all my questions. She worked with me to find the best deal! Very thankful for this sweet lady!

I went in on a mission and was able to get out in a timely manner. My work day can be long sometimes and time is not what I like spare unnecessary.

If your shopping for a major appliance this store has a great staff. Donald Partridge was our salesperson and he did an awesome job. I give this store a 4 star rating for my visit.

I do unusual work, and I have run into some very out-of-the-ordinary problems relating to products. The employees here are very willing to spend the time to resolve them.

Super friendly experts helped us find the best products at the best prices. Today, those experts helped us with deck waterproofing and a ceiling fan. The checkout lane was long, so a supervisor dropped what they were doing and got on another checkout register. This is a customer oriented store!

Tonight you failed. No help in paint, Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up and to get the deck stain I needed mixed. No Behr concrete stain and no sticker for it on the shelf. The person who finally showed up said you don't carry it!!!! 1 checker with 8 customers lined up. Self check closed. Once self check opened, I could not self check out the pavers I wanted. I scanned the other items and left the pavers on the floor in front of the check stand. I was NOT going to go and stand in line in the 1 checker line you had open with then 7 people!!!!!! I almost left the $38 special mixed deck stain and the other items also, but I really needed the stain!!!!

Mr. Donald Partridge was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me pick out the right electric oven for my new home. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got what I needed and to make sure I understood everything before I left the store. When I need a new appliance of any kind, I will definitely seek him out.

I visted the store on 1/13/2020 The staff at that store is awesome very Friendly, and have great customer service especially The cashiers on the front end. When the lady with the loud neon vest is working she makes sure all customers are in and out! I don't know her name but please tell her awesome job.

There is a employee there her name is Alicia my wife and I always come into the store once a week when we see her she always have a smile on her face with great customer service. We just love everything about her she would be a great Asm or store manager one day. Awesome job Alicia she is a keeper in our book.

When going to this store, pray you never need help because you will not get any. The employees just mill around trying to look busy, walk away when they see you need help, and you have to ask at least 3 times for help before somebody shows up and it's usually a person that always say, "I don't work this section; I'll have to get someone else". It's never fully stocked and even the people at customer service cannot seem to be able to correctly read or operate their computers.
