I've been shopping at this store for 2 years they've always gone the extra mile to assure my satisfaction whether there's been issues of my own making or because of store policy or regulations or whatever they've always made sure that they had the product or they ordered it or made sure that they made up for it in some way or another. Tara was a huge help today. As she has been in the past as well. There are many really good employees that are very helpful and knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for their customers in this store. I make it a point to do all of my home depot shopping at this store even when it's convenient to go to another store. I highly recommend the Mount Pleasant Home Depot Store.

Home Depot in Mt. Pleasant is a friendly store that has a wide selection of project supplies at really great prices and the service is excellent. I have always had a great experience at my local Home Depot! Thanks for the time and attention to what I need for my next great project. Wether it is an outdoor picnic area or a new house build my store has my back! Their safety standards are top notch as well. Keep up the great work!

Great store with great employees. Have always been pleased shopping there. I'm in this store 3-4 times a week and have gotten to know some of the staff. They're caring and they like their jobs.

This store did an amazing job of making sure that my first Tuff Shed purchase was a memorable. I recently purchased property in Hughes Springs and have been looking for the right little shed to put on the property and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of customer service I received from this store. Staff has always been very helpful and respectful to me. I enjoy every time I stop at Home Depot, even if I'm just shopping for plants.

Today i placed two online orders for my local Home Depot. I had three people really go above and beyond for me, in terms of helpfulness, respect, and communication. Jacquez was the gentleman who picked my orders and was very nice and respectful, even when i needed to add some more to my order. He got everything for me and loaded it all up aswell. Katie and Tara were amazing at helping me, even though i was impatient with my order, they had the best attitude, was very very helpful and all around this was a wonderful experience!

If they screw up don’t expect an apology. I would expect indifference and annoyance from them when they attempt to fix the mistake.

Most employees are very rude and don’t seem to care about good customer service if it tends to inconvience them at all.

If you need any help with major appliances go see Kendrick Wilkerson.....knowledgeable, concerned and caring about his customers needs. Not typical in this day and age !!!

Did not get very good service. Did come near closing but had questions about merchandise and couldn't find any help to get merchandise to checkout. Did like merchandise and store was clean just needed more help.

I always enjoy shopping at this store because it is always very well stocked. It is always clean and employees are available to assist you if you need assistance. The products are easy to find and prices are well marked.

cashier Ruth was very helpful and friendly when I was in the self check out machines. Found everything I needed and had assistance when needed.

A great experience from all the stores associates that we had contact with who acknowledged our existence. Very helpful and even went the extra mile to help us find the product that was placed on hold for us the day before by texting the associate at home who responded immediately as to where we could find our new American standard 6 jet whirlpool 60" x 32" #2732LC.020! Thank you Elizabeth and Lea Ann for all your help. Also I'd like to say that this is our second whirlpool from American Standard as we bought one for our remodeling bathroom project 8 years ago up in MN. Which in those 8 years that tub performed flawlessly, with no problems what so ever. That is why moving down to AR we just had to put one in down here, and let me say it is by far the best $420 dollar purchase I have ever made. Quality is so good as I take a bath every evening sometimes twice a day.

Since we moved to Gilmer and fixing up a house we go to this Home Depot a lot and the employees have to be the nicest and most helpful.

This store is our absolute favorite! We live in Mckinney but visit the Pittsburg area every other week when we go to the lake, and every single time we visit this store, we have the best overall experience and all the employees are happy to help and very friendly! We wish all the stores we visit gave us the same experience. The assistant manager, Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care and treats you like family!

If you need something they offer and you have your own source of payment not a store credit card then it’s probably ok but this policy of scanning a Drivers License to be able to buy something is absurd. To me this means all I need is my DL why do I need the gift card and if I lose my gift card all HD would need is my DL to issue me a new gift card. Just seems to invasive to for me to continue spending my money there. So after I have used up this store credit card that I have I will not be returning to Home Depot.

The store is well organized and associates are always available for help.

This is the Friendliest Store and very Professional. If Y'all served Turkey, Cornbread, and beer this store would be the best Ever. Your rental prices are great.
