I seem to be shopping in this store daily i always seem to be asking Sarah the customer service representative for help today i purchased a 20 ft ladder and kneeded assistance getting the ladder Sarah called Johnathan to assist me and he was waiting for me by the time i got to the ladders he helped me carry it to the cash register and asked if i needed assistance loading it in my truck. With employees like this i will always shop this store.

Store was clean bathrooms were great employee's were outstanding

I would recommend this Home Depot because the employees go the extra distance to enable a satisfactory purchasing experience. If you can't take it home, they will deliver within a very reasonable time frame.

Everyone was very kind and helpful.

The Mt. Pleasant store is always clean & stocked and has many friendly, knowledgeable employees who are always ready & willing to help. The fact that we drive 30 miles to shop at that store when the Longview store is only 15 miles from us ... speaks volumes. Customer service means a lot these days, and the Mt. Pleasant store is where you'll find it at it's best. I highly recommend Mt. Pleasant Home Depot over any other location in east Texas, it is well worth the drive from anywhere.

The associates in this store have always been friendly and helpful I have never had a difficult time getting assistance i do all my home improvement shopping there

The parking lot is well organized and spacious. The inventory is so thorough I can just walk around and find things I did not know I needed, and the prices are great. The large capacity rest room is wonderful and always fresh and clean. All public places should provide such facilities. My wife likes to come to the store with me just to look around while I shop. That helps me a lot.

This Home Depot is #1 in East Texas as far as I am concerned. They have always given us excellent customer service and go out of their way to be helpful. Once when we received a damaged washing machine still in the box from a Home Depot in Longview and Longview didn't have another to replace it with, the Home Depot in Mt Pleasant not only took the damaged one and replaced it but also gave us gas money for our time and trouble. It is customer service like that which made us Mt. Pleasant Home Depot customers first and foremost. We recently needed a new hot water heater and received excellent service once again. We got it and our other purchases and were in and out in record breaking time! I love that store!

Best homedepot in east Tx. If you need cabinets ask for Bailey Nelson, she is the best..The employees are always very helpful just a good store to do business with.

For the most part, very help employees. In my opinion, most prices are lower than at competing Lowes stores. Also, I think a larger variety of items to choose from.

Home Depot is a great store! Very nice and friendly! I would recommend this store to people who need supplies for just about anything! Very sweet people! They help you when you ask for help! There's no "just one minute" or "hang on" nor "I can not help you at this moment" they are right on it when you ask for help! That's something every store needs to have!! Strongly recommend it!!
