Unprofessional associates, no management. The closest to me, the worst in the area.

Very nice store. I found the materilas . The store was clean and the service was excellent. Augusto Pena is a wonderful employee and a great salesman.

The store is specifically consistent with poor customer service, extremely long waiting times to pay, shelves in disarray and poorly stocked.

This have been my store for more than 10 years and i,'ve always had a pleasant experience there,employee are very helpful and polite.

Rude employees on "island time". They focus more on personal conversations than focusing on their jobs. Store is often in a disarray with pallets blocking aisles, and out of stock on regular items.

I found the products I was looking for easily.

The store is easy to shop in and it is easy to find the Items you need. Ask any Associate in the store for help and they will help you. They know the inventory and will help you find the right product to get the job done right the first time. After you have a great experience in the store buy some STOCK in the company the symbol is HD.. Have a great DAY!!!

I would avoid this particular store at all costs. The manager in particular is nasty, incompetent and her staff takes her lead on their behavior. Buyer BEWARE!

I went to the Biscayne location in North Miami Fl. David (Dave) in appliances patiently helped me purchase a washer and dryer I needed to get something that would fit in my current closet space not easy. There was a good selection on the floor to look at. He measured the machine with me explained the clearance space for ducts and hoses and placed my order. He was helping someone else before me and she asked so many questions and yet he patently helped her too. Thank you Dave

This place is my home away from home. I've shopped at many Home Depots and various other large and small hardware stores, and this has to be one of my favorite. I can always find someone to help when I need it (which tends to be often...) and the staff are very knowledgeable. I am especially fond of Wallace in electrical, he goes above and beyond to make sure I have all the tools, supplies and know-how to complete my diy projects. This store has such an excellent team!

Why this experience was better than shopping elsewhere is because one of your managers... Regina... She is so customer-oriented, positive and helpful that she's most likely everyone's go-to person for questions, problems, assistance, etc. If everyone had her attitude, no store chain would ever have any issues!

Bad chicks,crowdy,key kiosk sent me to a xpert ,and checkout bought snacks and around it lollipop was dust on outer wrapping. But still cool..

This store is clean and has a variety of garden plants and flowers I love.

Regina, one of your department managers is so customer-oriented that she makes your shopping experience positive and enjoyable. She is willing to help in whatever way that's reasonable in order to provide complete customer satisfaction. Her positive demeanor and exuberance are something the other associates should (and hopefully do) take a lesson from in working with their own customer relationships. Regina is one of the best things going at this Home Depot!

Employees here run away from you or tell you it's not their department when you try to ask for help

Everything for my fix-it and build project I can usually find at Home Depot. If I can't find what I need, someone can be found to help me in an earnest, knowledgeable manner. I am preparing to build a pvc pipe modular 10' x10' tent system based on my my recent trips. Parts were in places I could access and aid in visualizing the "how'. I was not bothered during this visualization process. I received knowledgeable help when I needed it. Now I have a good modular pvc tent system parts inventory plan for this project I plan to build soon.

I went there to return some spare items that I did not use and the lady at the Customer Care Section was very courteous and did the return in a breeze. I got my refund in less than 15 minutes. Such a efficient big store.

All the employees are just walking around on their cell phones ignoring customers who need assistance. It is also dirty and disorganized. Go someplace else.
