GREAT STORE

Great customer service

At this particular location, the store set up is fantastic with the gardening separate and so forth. The employees I have met and asked for help assisted me every time and answered all of my questions and gave great advice. For this I am truly grateful and all the while smiling back.

Always clean and employees are very friendly and knowledge..

Andre in the appliance department is extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. His diverse knowledge of the products resulted in my purchasing a refrigerator and microwave in less than 20 mins.

Good selection of materials, easy access to then and friendely staff.

Employees could stand much better customer service training.

This store is the best kept I have entered and the employees are willing to answer questions and that helps. Now to me that is a bread winner when the employee take the time out to help the customer.

You will receive very bad Customer Services in the Return and Customer Service Area. The store provides only 2 lines for Return Items even when the line is out the door. And the other 5 computers with 5 employees want assist in the line. Experience this matter when the line was out the door with only 2 employees working the Return Item Section. Next to them was 2 computers with one employee working the Pickup line with Not one Customer and the remaining 3 computers for Customer Service with 3 employees with no customers refuses to assist the Return Item line. I was in line for 45 minutes before I was able to return my item and then behind me there was at least 10 customers and still at no time the remaining 5 employees felt that they should assist the Return Item line. The 5 employees just was standing around just talking among themselves. This demonstrate very bad and poor Customer Services to the Customers

Convenient location. Terrible customer service! Can't find any help on the floor, everyone passes it on to someone else. Shop at the location on 163rd street.

The Home Depot was a great experience. The staffers was always available to assist me and my staff. The staff was very much had good knowledge and education on all the many products in the store. They have very nice staffs and the store and parking lot was very clean and the area seem very security safe. The check out experience was good what I really liked. Thank you, THE HOME DEPOT

To be honest this visit to Home Depot wasn’t very pleasant. I usually love coming to shop here because of the ideas that I get walking around every department but everyone has lost her touch as far as greeting customers and having great customer service skills. Many moons ago I used to be a Home Depot employee and I had a great trainer and one of the things that I was taught was to help in every department , be knowledgeable and also always have the willingness to learn more to become a great asset to the company. The experience that I had today was horrible in the paint department. There was a gentleman there by the name of Victor in the paint dept. with the aisle closed doing some restocking and I totally understand ,I get it. I remember the rules that if someone is a aisle no one can enter & that is fine I am cool with that but when you have a customer waiting for more than 30 minutes You would think that the customer sales rep would actually come down or peek over and say is this something “I can help you with something, I will be here for a while” . He didn’t offer any service of the sort & all I wanted was two cans of primer which were right by his side. When I told him I used to work for the company he blatantly responded well if you know that you work here before you know we speak the same language. I responded no we don’t because I would get down from the machine and service the customer and go about my business afterward . Now just to reassure you I’m not trying to get him in trouble or anyone else whatsoever at this branch or any other Home Depot. I’m just trying to restore the value of what the company has given me and how I have taken my work ethic from Home Depot and have had a successful career elsewhere due to those ethnics. I always say this to all of my employees “it’s hard to gain a customer but is easy to lose him” you treat every customer as if they’re your next million dollar account. This could’ve been one of those incidents where you guys could have a potential buyer and can easily get discouraged due to the service that someone has given him. I will still continue to buy from Home Depot but hope that that saying that used to be on everyone’s apron comes back “I help in every department” and apply customer service skills to make shopping more pleasant instead of making a customer feel unwelcome and showing that there bothered when asked a question. I like this store because after buying from the same store and dealing with the same people you feel a friendship with them. While you may not talk to them outside of work, they have that friendship while you are at the store and I think it is very nice to have this in a store you keep coming back to.

I shop at this store because it is closest to home. Small store , limited selection This is a very busy store and often it is difficult to get assistance. Shelves tend to be messy particularly in hardware where items in bins are mixed up and hard to find Returns can take a long time

I chose this homedepot store in 2014 when I bought my first property in North Miami and did a complete renovation including kitchen, bathroom to floor. The Store is very practical and always been very well attended by employers being very professional and helpful, I am very satisfied.

Good customer service...welcoming staff

Store is friendly. Need more staff. Very low on staff. Always see people running from one place to another rushing to get stuff done. Alot of stuff they don't have although it says u have it. Overall people try to help but you can tell alot of people there are new and unknowledgeable.

I was there looking around with my husband .I went to the bathroom and left my wallet in the stall ,when i went back it was gone . went out and up one of the isles and a gentleman named Hugh told me what to do . Got to customer service the ladies there had my wallet with everything inside . Thank you to Hugh for helping me and the ladies at customer service..

Worst assistant store manager I've ever met very arrogant l feel like this over powered Over the last 15 years I've been dealing with Home Depot never met a manager so rude and disrespectful he could have gone out of his way to assist me. he choose not to.
