great associates store very clean

My experience with Denise at Returns was awesome. She provided great service.

One of the best location to shop.

I have never had a shopping experience as I had at the Nanuet Home Depot store. An employee, Daisha at the Customer Service desk, was like none other. First and most importantly was her heart. She looked at me and treated me as a valued person. Everything Daisha did and said showed her care, concern, involvement, compassion, and expertise. Her goal was to help me find the right mailbox that was comparable to the one that got damaged. It was never about making a sale, but about helping me leave with the perfect mailbox, which I did. The gentleman in the mailbox section was so kind and helpful, and then brought me over to the nail section and found the appropriate nails for me and at a price I could afford. The other employees I met at the Customer Service desk were friendly and helpful. Also, the store was laid out well, clean, and well organized.

Associate Victor from tile & flooring in the Union NJ Superstore was extremely helpful.inbtracking down product that I needed. He help to find product that his store was low on hand. He called other location and found Nanuet store had the product and asked them hold materials needed sk we can complete our project. He was very professional and friendly with tons of knowledge. He is a asset to his store! .....and to Home Depot overall.

This Store Location Could Do Better By Having Stock Of All The Products. Carry Extension Cords In Variety Of Lengths That Are In Black and The Gauge 14/3 and 12/3. Trying to find help in this location is also a hassle because you never find employees on the floor. Carry More Daylight LED Bulbs in different variety too and lower prices and higher lumens.

what nauet home depot don't have, I go to nyack home depot.. assocates are friendly and helpful. The store is clean.

The store was clean, the associates at the cashier desk were very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was clean and all products were easy to find. I am definitely coming back to this store.=)

Clean Knowledgeable people Quick service

I arrived at the store at 11:30am and needed help in finding oil based exterior paint. Two salesmen behind the counter, one was helping another customer, the other wouldn't make eye contact with me and when I said I needed help to walked out from behind the counter and walked away without acknowledging I said anything. I said you're not going to answer me and he said nothing and walked away. The other salesman said that he doesn't work in the this department. So I said he should of told me that himself. When I found the manager to complain, he said he was with another customer and would help me after that. I waited 10 minutes and he was still unable to help me so I left. I would never shop in that store again.

If you need help while in the store find Kayla. She was amazing. Went over and above to help me.

I visit the home depot in Nanuet a lot and can always find Ron in hardware to help and Richie in Garden always has a smile and knows his way around the store

I shop at Home Depot because I believe that they have the best store and prices.

I was met by 2 employees who asked me if I needed help and then insisted on helping me find the item I needed. They were professional and eager to help me.
