It was a typical morning madhouse at this particular Home Deport. Despite that, Devin and Deliz were able to expedite my last minute request changes in a professional and prompt manner.

I found what I was looking for very easily. I asked a store employee to direct me to the area I was looking for, and within a minute, I was there!! I purchased some chain links, which had to be cut to size, and Carlos offered to do that for me with a smile! I had to stop at Customer Service, and Devin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! He even offered me a bottled water!!! Not THAT is going above and beyond!!!

This store has some employees that refuse to honor the Veterans discount program.

This store location could be a bit more organized if possible. Hope they will be a bit lower in prices compared to other retailers similar like this. Couldn't find the products I was looking for when I went to this store location. Store associates were not fully helpful either.

The store was clean it’s hard to find associate, but when you do they’re extremely helpful and cashier Uu made my visit easy and quick.

Store is excessively hot . Bathrooms are disgusting and filthy. Never have everything I go in for.

Shopping in this store at this particuliar time was a terrible experience. I can't say this for ceryain but my opinion is that management seems to think that people have all day to spend in the store, Not the case people.

I was happily surprised when a store associate came up to me while I waited on a service line and asked to assist me. With her help, I opened an account and received a $25 gift to use on a purchase. Everywhere I walked in the store, I was asked if I need help. The associate in the window department was extremely helpful and I was very satisfied with the product I purchased there. I found the store to be neat and clean, as well as the rest room. I was also interested in the plants outside. I found there to be a good variety in excellent condition, and at good prices.
