It was very refreshing when I was greeted at the front door when I entered the store. I was greeted immediately and a young lady named Ivette was very helpful and provided much information about an evaporative cooler in a calm and positive manner. Because of the information I was provided I will definitely return tomorrow to purchase the cooler. The gentleman who made copies of my car key was prompt, calm, and quick. Pro desk is really getting better at customer service and its always a pleasure to get help from joyce

Lumber was pulled pretty fast and I was out early I am impressed

Manny was very fast to load my doors and they arrived on time

95% of the time I have a good experience shopping at this location. There are a few employees, however, that just don't know what customer service is, Karina is one of them. Good luck if you have to deal with her.
