We spent several hundred dollars in this store after loading 4 carts of wood alone. I am pregnant and my husband asked for help several times only to have employees walk away from us. Even having him use the forklift himself with no employees around. We ended up not even getting all the supplies we needed because I was hurting so bad and ready to leave.

A young man helped me find everything I needed and he stayed with me till I left the store and loaded my car for me.....He was Great!

Pamela was great! She was very nice and courteous!

The Pro desk manage saw me struggling to load my car with some doors I bought, and he came over to help. I don't think I could have gotten it done without him.

I needed just a few deck boards to complete repair on my deck. Materials were easy to locate, and the associate helped me choose the best for my project, loaded to my cart and pushed to checkout. He was friendly and very helpful in selection.

Employees bent over backward to make sure that we were taken care of and happy with out purchase. He explained the process of delivery and removal of our old unit and made sure dates worked well for us. We have continually shopped at Home Depot and will over and over again.

I was shopping for a lawnmower, and my daughter suggested that I try Home Depot. I researched what I was looking for online, and then met her at Home Depot. The store was so well-organized and well-stocked that I had no problem finding what I was looking for. The sales associates were unbelievably easy to find, which hasn't been my experience in other home improvement stores, and were very friendly and helpful. The wait to check out was very short, and the cashier was very nice. This was the best chain home improvement store shopping experience that I've ever had. Thank you to Norman, OK, store personnel and Home Depot!

Clean, helpful and they had everything we needed. You can always find an employee to help you. The contractor area will always load your items.

Home Depot has a variety of a persons needs. They are well stocked, friendly, has expertise in all fields. You want to come back again as soon as possible just to see what you may have missed. The employees help with any decisions that seem uncomfortable to make on your own. The customers also go out of their way to help.

The lady in the electrical department was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was an electrician and knew what she was talking about.

I can not say enough good things about Lesa! She will definitely be our "go to" associate any time we visit this HD.

I Always have a good experience when I am there as they are always helpful and the check out process is always smooth as I never have to wait more then a Min our two when I am in line. They always have what I need and if they do not they will let me know when they product I need will be in our will another store if I need it.

There are always employees ready to help and everyone is very friendly. I am able to get what I need, and sometimes more! Drive out of my way to come to this store as opposed to one closer to me because of the staff.

My Home Depot has friendly cashiers and helpful employees. The store is well-organized and fun to shop in. As Do-It-Yourselfers it's so convenient to have a store near our home so we have more time to work on our projects.

Friendly and available employees and a neat and clean store

Went to pick up several odds and ends for a remodel project. Store was clean. But associates to help were hard to find. Had to go up to the front and ask a cashier to send someone over to help me. The associates were very helpful when found.

The store was very well organized and I loved that they handed out maps of where everything in the Black Friday sale add was in the store before the doors opened.
