I ordered items online, 2 hours later they still weren’t ready. They then tried to charge me for the items at pickup even though I paid online. Manager didn’t seem interested in coming to a resolution, he just told me to call online sales. It took me 45 minutes to pickup an online order, I typically order online to avoid spending a ton of time at the stores.

Bought just everything at this wonderful store

PRO associate Janice Tanzi worked with me for over 3 hours to resolve what seemed to be an impossible problem. Her dedication to customer service was above & beyond. TY to her and Home Depot for making customer satisfaction a priority!

I had A wonderful experience with Hydie Bryan and Jane- Marie. They helped me pick out , design and order my kitchen Cabinets for my kitchen remodel.

She knows her job and keeps a smile even when it gets stressful. She was very helpful and friendly to me as a busy contractor

Although not a bad store in general the employees will let you cruise from one side to the other without offering assistance when your obviously looking for something and didn't find it yet. The fork truck is the worst it will definitely either be in the isle you need or when your in the isle you want here it comes and they push you to hurry so you don't get or forget what it was you needed. And stop with the clearance items have you seen the prices on them? Very close to the original if they are marked at all. Some employees are working there butts off and doing everything they can while others are getting paid to do little as possible and the damned stairs sets are always placed in the way

I purchased about 12-15 items today . I found everything I needed, and more. It is always a pleasure to go to the North Conway, NH. store. The items purchased were of durable and very good quality. Thanks for being here in the Valley.

Neat and clean. Limited stock, but found what I was looking for

I looked for a shipping box for three days. I found the one I needed at Home Depot and the customer service representative was very helpful.

The team at the North Conway Home Depot are knowledgeable and helpful. They have an excellent kitchen/bath design center and were very helpful and fair when we had a warranty issue. I drive past their competitors to shop here!

Krista is an amazing employee she basically saved our job that was set to begin the next day the flooring we ordered was not in in the 10 days it was supposed to be. We were set to start the next day with no flooring !!! She was able to fix the mistake and we were able to swap the flooring but she really went above and beyond to do this ! It was not an easy task!

Excellant store and excellant employees. Prices are great and the store is great.

This store is always clean and all the employees are happy to help. I don’t have to worry about finding help in the store if needed and everyone is very friendly.

Amazingly friendly staff - whomever hires and/or manages the store is doing a fantastic job. The tone they set shows as we are always being greeted, asked if we need help and sadly this is rare in many HD stores. We have never had to hunt down someone for assistance! Very pleasant experiences here and as a contractor we frequent many many HD stores and this one is by far the best

I love shopping at HD and the staff here is excellent. However, this store has one quirk that really ticks me off. I use the HD app on my phone to put items in my cart so when I get there I know what I want and where it it. THAT IS MY ISSUE. I can never log into their AT&T wifi. I even rebooted my phone and and selected the open AT&T wifi several times but it never connects. I had to twice leave the store to pick up a cellphone signal to see what I had in my cart when wifi should have worked !

Even though they did not have the quantity I needed they helped and found some at another sore and ordered it for me. The associates were very helpful and friendly.

The North Conway Home Depot is one of the best managed Home Depots that I have shopped at. The store employees are great and the store is always clean and well stocked. The selection of Milwaukee power tools is excellent and the prices are very competitive. I shop at this store quire often and I am very satisfied with the selection, prices and service. A+

I purchased nearly 1,000 sq ft of engineered flooring and upon delivery to the store, I returned to pick it up. After examining one of the cartons, I determined the product was of laminate construction, (compressed saw dust!) not the multi-layers of REAL wood veneers, as the free sample piece was. The Customer Service personnel, including one manager attempted to explain sample pieces of flooring aren’t the same as the actual flooring product. What? And that laminate flooring and engineered flooring were the same. After several attempts to determine if the product sample that I held in my hand actually existed, I was told the only remedy was a refund. One flooring rep was able to look up the product on their computer and determined I was correct. There was an engineered floor identical to the sample piece. This was what I was told when I placed the order two weeks earlier. And that it was in stock. But after two hours of waiting to see if Home Depot was going to be successful in locating and shipping the correct item to the store, and in hearing that the product was now discontinued, I was becoming aggravated and disappointed. A flooring rep was finally able to place the order and have it sent to the store in two weeks. We’ll see if the correct product is shipped. Lesson: Know what you want and inspect it carefully Don’t rely on store personnel to know the products they sell Double check when ordering that correct item is being ordered Realize that big box stores are convenient. Not less expensive, or user friendly. Stick with the local guy if possible.

Great store and great employees, only complaint is that you ran out of patio furniture too early in the season.

The staff at this store is outstanding! They are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me load my truck with enormous loads with a smile. They truly go out of their way to help you which I can't say that for all home Depot stores!

Had a large order today for finishing house ,while a couple of helpers walked with me in the store carrying heavy rugs another was cashing out my large 2 shopping carts full of misc.what a great help!!!!!appreciate the happiness they had while doing this as . thanks hd for the great help and product I need
