I strongly believe Home Depot needs to better train their staff and hire more bilingual people. Every time I shop at Home Depot I tend to get frustrated and just take a deep breath and hurry the hell out! No one ever knows where stuff is located and when you need assistance there is never anyone around. The cashiers are a joke (most, not all) they are usually gossiping amongst themselves standing around instead of asking customers if they need assistance and if you interrupt their conversation you get the evil eye look…The great thing is I usually find what I need and the prices are fair market value (I think) and so I return to Home Depot because of their products NOT their customer service experience…

I have been it this store a few times lately and every time the service was great! I was greeted upon entering the store and asked if I needed help. They actually walked me over to the item I was looking for!! and very quick checkout time!!

My freezer broke and I needed a new one like yesterday. Lori and Nan were amazing to get a new one and put on a Home Depot truck rental while the systems were slow. They not only helped me quickly and efficiently they were helping customers and employees at the same time. Thank you Lori and Nan you made a difficult situation so much better for me.

Employees were helpful in helping me locate needed material, but had to over buy quantity because of employees not being able to cut material length wise, only could cut width wise(artificial grass) causing me to overspend and throwing away surplus I had to buy!! Also, hate, absolute hate self checkout!!! Always a problem with system, having to find someone to help, really need to go back to an actual clerk running a cash register!!! If I have to work for Home Depot, at self checkout, I should receive employee discount!!!

The nicest woman checked us out. Her name was Michelle. She told us we could save $75 by signing up for a Home Depot card. $75 is alot! We would’ve never known that if it weren’t for her. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful.

I have been very happy with the products and services I purchase through Home Depot. Each time I visit this location I have such a positive experience. The employees are friendly, knowledgable and so willing to help me. Whether it's a house project I am doing myself or a house project that I need a professional to do, the Home Depot points me in the right direction. I have had new lights installed in my kitchen by one of their contracted electricians. An employee helped me pick out the right tools for pulling up old carpet, laminate floor and baseboards. He also gave me great tips on how to do it efficiently! Another employee helped me pick out the right microwave that ended up being on sale. Whatever I need when it comes to home renovation I can find at Home Depot and it makes all my home projects easier to accomplish.

Looking for an AC unit and found exactly what i needed.

I like the way the store is arranged and the employees are always helpful. I also appreciate that the store employees handicapped individuals that other stores don't hire.

We needed to buy flooring to replace what had been ruined by previous water damage. Tried a couple places and this location had the perfect color that we really liked. Finally boiled down between Traffic Master Edwards Oak, which turned out to be too grey colored in person and Ardenmore Oak which we absolutely fell in love with and purchased.

Store staff is always helpful and interested in making certain I have found what I need. They are also svery dog friendly

I have always had good experiences in this Home Depot. The staff is friendly especially my new cashier friend Riely.

I wanted to purchase a water softener for a tight space but HD did not have one in stock so I had to order and ship to the store. It would be nice to not have to wait for a purchase but understand HD can't stock everything.

Finished my renovation and had quite a few odds/ends to return . Charlie at Customer service was most helpful and courteous . Other stores do not process refunds as well .

I had to put items on will call and the cashier Julie went the extra mile to help me find a product. Then I went to purchase and order delivery of three major appliances and Stephanie was helping everyone she could and doing it efficiently and with a smile

Sherri in the electrical department was a really great help in selecting the right LED’s. She is very knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with. I give her a full recommendation for her outstanding service. With staff like Sherri, Home Depot is unbeatable!

Marc K & Stephanie W are such a great asset to Home Depot. Friendly knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. They are the main reason I continue to not only shop Home Depot but at this Home Depot.

Today I just bought a convertible 7 CF upright freezer. I checked the reviews and for the most part it was rated with 4 to 5 stars. I will see how things are in a few months and if any problems pop up, I will provide another review.
