THE NORTH OLMSTED Home Depot has made us dedicated customers by the help of just the person in the paint department on our last visit. He was the most helpful man, giving us suggestions and recommendations on how to proceed with our project.... Will suggest to others to frequent this store as well.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for the tool box to be brought to register. Employee would not put box in my car. Pressured into renting a truck from the store. Long story short I just returned an expensive tool chest and came home without a father's day present for my husband. Very disappointed with this store.

The North Olmsted store is very clean with uncluttered Isles. The store’s employees are very pleasant and knowledgeable.

the people are knowledgeable and helpful. There are actual living people aka cashiers to handle your checkout.

Very large store filled with merchandise and freindly associates!

Employees need to help customers. Every time I go to the North Olmsted location, 2 to 3 times a week. No one is there to help or if you do find someone willing to acknowledge you it takes forever so I just do it myself. North Olmsted location is horrible except for your cashiers. They are always friendly. The Rocky River location is wonderful but they are a smaller store and don't carry everything I need. I have had pleasant experience with online transactions. Please fix your customer service skills

The store was neat and clean. The associates at the paint department were helpful and friendly. They mixed me a sample color of paint. I like the fact I can buy a sample of custom mix paint and take it home and try it in my room with my lighting. Color was perfect.

The paint mixing station employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. They know their paint!

The store was clean and the associates in the lighting department were extremely friendly and helpful.

Marilyn is a painting angel. She feels like a friend and not a sales associate. Always goes out of her way to make sure my home projects will be completed. Informs me of sales on materials. I can ask any question and dont feel dumb. The store is always clean and all of the sales associates go out of their way to assist you. I do not dread a trip to Home Depot.

Store is clean,. Employees are friendly. Fast service, I never need to wait for too long for checkout and return.

I would just like to say thank you to Joe and Mark for going above and beyond to help out a customer. We had no idea how we were going to accomplish our task for a school project and these gentlemen had a can do attitude and went the extra mile to help out! That is rare these days and it sure is worth taking the time to say thank you and we appreciate you!

We shop at Home Depot because the store is always clean, the employees are helpful and it is 5 minutes away. You can't beat that!

The Department Store Manager Matt, and the following Customer Service employees : Beckey, Susie Q, and Heather are so polite, professional, and always a joy to deal with. Regardless of how busy they are, there always willing to go the extra mile to make your shopping experience at Home Depot a great experience. They do there best everyday to make sure ones shopping expereince is the best. Thanks to them, I wouldnt go anywhere else for my home improvement needs.

The North Olmsted Staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They not only tell me where I can find an item, they take me to that area and assist me in deciphering the correct item for my specific need.

I often go to this store because it is convenient for me. They always have what I need but I cannot always find a person to help me. That is very discouraging.

Avoid customer service desk like the plague. Rating isn't one star because of Brian the manager on duty and the appliance team.

Jim and John in the lumber department went above and beyond in helping me get wood cut for the North Olmsted Jr. Women club. Thank you both for all of your help!!
