I am familiar with this store, so I can usually find things quickly. Employees often ask if I need help and usually can walk me to what I want.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE HELP IN THE APPLIANCE DEPT. FLOORING WAS TERRIBLE, DIDN'T WANT TO HELP US. MANAGER HAD ATTITUDE. SERVICE DESK PERSON WAS WONDERFUL AND SHE'S THE REASON WE DIDN'T WALK OUT ON OUR $5000 ORDER.

STORE WAS CLEAN AND EZAY TO FIND THINGS . DID NOT HELP HELP THINS TIME BUT I LIKE THE STORE

I'm familiar with this store, so that makes shopping easy. The employees are very helpful. Today I was on my way to hardware, but I always stop to see what's new in LED lighting. While I was browsing, an employee stopped to chat and told me about some new LED track lighting I was unaware of, but may want in the near future.

You look for items that are supposed to be in stock, but they are not (happened several times to me). It is possibly in stock, but the associates can't find it (happened once to me). Items are supposedly in stock but they can no where be found until the manager looks herself and finds them in odd spots mixed with other items. I purchased carpet and the associate couldn't operate the cutting machine without my assistance. I am wondering what would have happened if I hurt myself operating the machine? Cashier keeps telling me on a Sunday at 7:30 pm the store would close at 8 and she showed her unwillingness to work with every move. Lady, you work until 8, it was 7:30. Some people have jobs and can't shop earlier.

Store was great, employees helpful, but if you're relying on one of their contractors you may want to think twice. Was told last week that someone from flooring would contact me for install. No call, then I called installation and they said I had to call the store. Called the store and they said I had to call install...it is now a week later and no floor and no date for install! Also, special ordered countertop with install date by July 8th..then they called and said won't happen until late Aug. early Sept., husband is having major surgery in Aug. We let them know it was imperative that kitchen was complete before the surgery, that didn't matter. On the order...it clearly stated install by July 8th so I don't know what the problem was. I'm not sure if that is Home Depot's fault or the people they hire to do it but I had to reorder a whole new countertop. Thankfully, Steve, a manager from the N.O. store was extremely helpful and understanding and I have my new countertop!!!!

They refused to give me the veterans discount said only on certain days. As a disabled vet I have always been given the discount. When did the policy change? Also there was no one to help me load the mulch that I bought. I waited and had to LOAD IT MYSELF. An assistant manager named Jeremy said that the discount is only on certain days and fro certain product. When did they start that?

Had a hard time finding someone to help me load mulch that I had bought and the store was not busy at 9am

I can only say, if you are able to find what you need without assistance, and you do not have any questions, you are just fine. But if you need help finding something or need advice, well - that's when customer service ends.

The store was in order and the staff very helpful especially at the service desk.

In and out of store in very reasonable amount of time.

No one at "door" desk when we arrived at store (8:45AM) I walked to the service desk to request assistance back in "door and window" department, I was greeted warmly, told they would have an associate there quickly (which they did) I again was greeted properly (as a former business owner-I know the MOST important person in ANY business is the customer and ALWAYS should be greeted as such- I was greeted that way by everyone at this store today) by Denny, he proceeded to walk us through the purchase never once rushing us or only "glossing through" needed information. I am 66 years old, have spent plenty of money in stores of all types in my life, if I were to put a percentage on the amount of times I have been treated this well on all of my lifetime shopping experiences it would be less than 5%. That's correct-95% (or more) of the time I was NOT treated as well as I was today, today made me feel that there are still some places where customer service is still practiced the way I was taught the first job I had in retail almost 50 years ago. I truly felt like I was the most important person in the store-THANK YOU, Home Depot and Denny.

PICKING UP PLANTS AND 10 FIFTY POUND BAGS OF GRAVEL WAS EASY AND QUICK. THEY HAD ORANGE CONES OUT ON THE SIDE PICKUP AREA TO ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO ENTER AND EXIT AND GAVE THE DRIVER IDENTIFIED CAR SPACE TO PARK AND LOAD SAFELY.

Found everything I needed. Store employees very friendly. Thanks.

Denny has been EXCELLENT at being knowledgeable, kind and professional in addition to running quotes, pulling orders, and working hard to get it done efficiently! He has also gone out of his way to say hello and introduce himself to a friend helping load the truck in the lot. Brian is EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable!! He always recognizes me and greets me kindly. All the additional staff - Yarisha, Theresa, Jerri, and so many more I can't remember all the names deserve a special shout out for their kindness and upbeat attitude making everyone's day a bit brighter!! THANKS NORTH OLMSTED HOME DEPOT!!!

We love our local Home Depot and shop there all the time.

The online apps made gave exact location of products I was looking for and the number of items available.

Very pleased with the helpfulness at the paint desk. Clean store. Plenty of Associates available. Good amount of supplies on hand.

The cashier and hardware rep were very rude and expected me to lift the heavy items from the cart and find the tools in the location I requested. The employees here act annoyed that they have to assist customers.

Don in the lumber department noticed me having a tough time choosing the correct lumber and materials for garden planters. He asked about my plans and recommended materials (pressure-treated lumber versus regular lumber, angle brackets, rustproof screws) to help complete my project successfully and have it last year after year. Don's help was unexpected and I'm glad he was interested in helping me. Thank you!
