Great customer service and big selection of products

The store staff is very helpful and friendly, an associate stopped and assisted me locate plumbing parts I was looking when he was on his way home from his shift. Also while checking out Paige was very helpful and friendly.

It was diifficult to get help by phone. The phone would ring and no one would answer or the phone would be disconnected.

We love going to this Home Depot. Everyone is so nice, knowledgeable and happy to help with anything you need. They always seem to have exactly what we're looking for. The employees can answer the specific questions we have regarding products we need to purchase. This store is pet friendly too - we love being able to take our little dog in the store with us, and he loves greeting all of his favorite employees while we're there.

I ran into a few problems during a major home plumbing project. Nick in the Plumbing Department assisted me on 2 consecutive days by offering unsolicited expert solutions. He not only selected the parts I needed, but also demonstrated how to install them. He exceeded my expectations by providing an exemplary level of assistance. I would like to thank Nick and recommend visiting him at the North Versailles Home Depot for any and all of your plumbing needs.

I always get good service at store #4156. Also Meg gave me excellent help and save me lots of money on a bathroom vanity and these were not her areas to work. Vanity Beautiful $128.00.

The store is organized well, very clean and the associates and cashiers are pleasant and helpful plus the prices are as low as I have seen.

Found product I needed. Cashier very friendly. Lance in commercial services very knowledgeable. Got help loading.

They now store the shopping carts outside. So if you decide to buy something after entering the store, and you need a cart, just walk out to the parking lot where they are now stored, pass them up and go to some other store.

North Versailles is the absolute best store to go to. Other home depots are not as helpful and professional

We received excellent service from the Associates in the North Versailles Home Depot in purchasing and getting a lawn mower, trimmer and various other items to our vehicle. The service was prompt, friendly and certainly appreciated due my recent surgery and my inability to lift anything. The store was well stocked, items were easy to find and clean. Thank you all for the assistance and a shout out to all of you!

The employees are awesome at this Home Depot. Everyone is very helpful. I always find everything I need and they help with all of my projects.

Product selection is good, same as any other. Replacing cashiers with self Checkout is just wrong. Hate the whole experience. Veterans Discount is a joke, only on Veterans Day, Memorial Day, and Independence Day. Only Active duty and reservists, Retirees, and disable vet can use it everyday. I fought in combat for our country, but wasn't wounded or disabled, so only 3 days a year for me.

The majority of employees at this store are very friendly and helpful. Many of them know their departments well and seem happy to help you with purchases and problems you might have. Of course there are the exceptions to that. The good employees are the most important things to me. The store is clean and most of my trips I find what I need sometimes needing assistance.
