This location never disappoints with the low level of customer interaction and service. They are busy due to the number of subdivisions surrounding them. For the number of associates who seem unhappy to work here, it makes me wonder about the store management and how they do or do not take care of their associates, as it all flows from them.

Could not be happier with the employees of the store. Many of whom I know on a first name basis now. I've been a frequent (near daily) customer of this Home Depot for the last 10 years when we moved to Roswell after purchasing a foreclosure house. Obviously a lot of money has been spent at Home Depot. I appreciate the special treatment given to me as a Vet. I do wish, however, that one could use ApplePay there. My rule for personal residence or any of my rentals is that there must be a Home Depot within 10 minutes of the property!

The Roswell HD is a great place to shop. I always get the help I need whenever I go there and need help with my purchases.

Overall awesome store

I had a rather small problem on a smoke alarm which I brought to the store. As a 76-year old retiree, I needed some help unscrewing the device, finding the correct battery and re-installing. Two employees, one from Electrical and one from Customer Service took the time and made the effort to meet each need: how to unscrew the device; purchase and testing of the battery, and precise instructions on how to re-install. They greatly exceeded my expectations on such a small item! Thank you!

Was very impressed with the knowledge of products available by the associates Sean Sebring and T Jones. Extremely helpful in me making my decision to purchase. Looking forward to working with them again.

Waited five days for my new washing machine to be delivered. Watched them pull up to deliver my new washing machine only to find out the employee at the store did the paperwork wrong and they could not install it. Now I have to wait even longer. For them to come back and install it. I should’ve learned two years ago when the same thing happened with my oven I purchased from Home Depot.

Be very careful when dealing with the people that work at this store. Always double check product that they want to sell to asure that it will meet your needs. Staff at thus store do not know the product they are selling Really bad experiences.

The worst service i ever had. Home Depot never contacted me stating my windows would not be delivered on the day they were to be installed. The installation manager Trent was a complete idiot. He never apologized to me for the delay. I told Trent i took a day off work(unpaid) waiting for the windows and his response was "they will be the on Saturday, December 7, 2019. He wouldn't understand why i was mad. To add insult to injury, he offered me a $100.00 gift card for my "inconvenience"; I stated i should be compensated more. Trent stated he will call his manager. I called Trent several times and he never called me back. I had to go to the store in Roswell on Woodstock rd to resolve this issue. Spoke with Nicole/Mgr. She resolve my issue in 5 minutes. Trent should take people skill lessons from Nicole

My favorite part of my visit is saying hello to fellow US Army Veteran Kenny C. at the Self-Checkout. Kenny is always smiling and very courteous. Without question, Kenny is head & shoulders above the other associates at the self-checkout

this is a great store to shop at, i have found that they always have everything i need. good store

Store is fine, employees are fine, service is fine, its just to bad you have to compete with vehicles that PARK in the loading zone which makes it difficult to load your truck with the items you have purchased...Tow them away...

This store has been consistently clean and the employees very helpful. As a woman, it's easy to feel a bit overwhelmed, but I've always felt a warmth and friendliness that makes me feel welcomed. When I went through my kitchen renovation, I was impressed by how efficient and knowledgeable the employees were! Great job!

My home store. I generally go here first for wide variety of products. The staff is very intelligent and knowledgeable. (A requirement for the Roswell area.)
